Waited 2 hours for food. Even after calling they were still cooking 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering. Food was not that warm on arrival either.

Chips were cold donner meat was too thick

Cooked the chicken pakora in the same fryer as the fish pakora, so the chicken tasted like fish....yuk!!

Deliveries take to long hence I wont be ordering again and I will be passing this on to family and friends

Deliver was over an hour late. Then the delivery was wrong and the food cold. Phoned the take away twice and was given attitude down the phone on each occasion. Used to use this place frequently but will be avoiding in future. Very disappointing

Delivery wa a joke told me 1h10m eventually after 3 phone calls the drive decided to turn up after 2 hours with a burned pizza but no point n phoning to wait another 2 hours for a new one

Ordering the calzone: any curry. The first time I purchased this it was good, it was a fair size and actually filled with a curry... I've had 4 TERRIBLE orders since. ItsLike a 12" slab of folded dough with an after thought of curry dregs thrown in. So, if you are after a dollop of dough with some curry sauce and less meat than you can count of one hand... Then sure, go for it.

It came after 1 hour 40 minutes and was cold. Really disappointed as I have used Flames. When I phoned I was fobbed off with the gentleman saying its on its way. The delivery driver must have been using a push bike to deliver.....

Cold/stale/inedible

Took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold.

Food took at least an hour to arrive and when it did it was cold, had hairs in it. Garlic bread was soggy and chips werent fully cooked. Would like a full refund

The pizza I ordered was very nice but the chicken pakora was more like big chicken nuggets nothing like pakora in looks or taste very dissapointed with them

Food wasnt great tonight. Donner meat had a thin plastic/paper feel to it. Was rotten. Went in the bin. After waiting almost 2 hours for delivery it was Very disappointing as this is usually my go to takeaway. Definitely not their usual standard.
