Pizza was too soggy and salty, batter on pakora was too soft and could have done with chilli sauce on top of kebab instead of being at bottom as it was quite dry.

We placed the order and it was a estimated 1:10min delivery time but after 2:15 I had to call them to ask where it was. Funnily enough I was told it was just leaving the shop 🙄. The order arrived and was wrong. The Hoggie was not a Hoggie it was just a box of donner meat. The calzone was cold and well over cooked. I had to use garlic mayo so it wasnt so dry. I called them back about the Hoggie and waited another 1hr before it was replaced and had the wrong sauce in it. Wont be using them again

The reason for the bad review was down to the length of tine that we had to wait, flames opened at 7.30 order placed at 7.34 amd food delivered at 10.12 after acepting a 2 hour wait. Couldnt contact the takeaway by phone. Ended up only getting them via facebook messenger where they were very apologetic and said it was due to high numbers of orders, still cant figure out how if i was one of the first to order it takes over two hours for a simple order, a kebab, korma sauce and chips and some onion rings. I suspect its more to do with the fact that my address is 4 miles from the takeaway rather than anything else. All together a bad experience.

Was advised 1 hour and 40 min for a delivery so i knew it was busy. I thought ok fair enough. I waited that time before calling to ask how much longer it would be and i was advised it was still being made and it would be out next, another 45 mins before it arrived and the food was stone cold.

2 hours and 50 mins for my food to get delivered. Probably forgot the order til i phoned back after 2 &a half hours! Terrible

Nearly 3 hours for delivery and didnt manage to eat much as the food wasnt that warm.

Got given an estimated delivery time of 1 hour and 10 minutes so expected it to be busy. However, delivery actually took over 2 hours and 2 phone calls. When we phoned after 90 minutes, we were told it had just left and would be on our doorstep in a few minutes. Took another 35 minutes and phone call for it to arrive. I appreciate that they were busy but either give more accurate estimates to your customers or update them when you know youre going to miss that estimate by miles, and dont then lie to them on the phone. Sort of seems like our order was just forgotten about until we phoned the second time because it strangely arrived about 5 minutes after that.

Driver didnt receive my juice when he brought my order to my house so sat and waited half an hour to an hour for him to bring my juice this has happened twice I have ordered from there happens again I wont be back

Pizza arrived cold, delivery driver refused to take it back. Forgot to give sauces, and they turned off phone for the shop and took 3 hours to deliver

Over 2 hour wait for delivery again. The food was cold and soggy by the time it arrived. Flames delivery times have always been pretty poor but the food used to be worth it. Definitely not any more.

The time the order took to come was over 2 hours and although there was bad weather this should not take that long.Donner meat was dry also

Food took over 2 hours to get here when we got a estimated 1hr and 20mins delivery wait when it did arrive food was cold and bland would definitely not recommend

Waited far too long for delivery

I was not happy that I ordered at 7pm and did not receive this until 8.50. When it did eventually arrive one of the pizzas was burnt to the extent it was barely edible

The ordrer was over 2.5 hours late, not only that it was cold.They always seem to be having a "busy night"
