This place is normally great, but not this night! We placed an order at 7:30pm, first delivery to us took 2.5 hours (Delivery driver called to say they had a flat and was delayed by 5 min, she was true to her word) when we opened the meal half was missing and the food was mildly warm! We called the shop and was promised the rest of the meal within 10min, 40 min later the meal arrived. In total 3.5 hours for a delivery which is not acceptable. Everything was only warm , it was after 11pm before i got to sit down with the meal, when i tried to call to complain again they did not answer the phone.

Hour and a half late, When we called to check the holdup , the member was offhand and didn't care

Delivery time was estimated at 50 minutes but it arrived 1 hour 45 minutes later. Food was terrible. Meat dry and disgusting. Not adequately packaged to the point that we had to pick paper out of the food from where it had all stuck to the box. Will never order from here again.

It was cold & as a result food quality poor. It ook a lot longer to be delivered than was expected.The delivery staff were not very friendly and it felt that our order was an inconvenience.Will I order again. Not sure that I will unfortunately.

Pizza topping was burnt

Delivery advised as 1hour, over two hours later; after phoning 48 times for update with a constant engaged tone, I had to go to the shop to see what was going on, to be told that the chefs had just arrived due to being held up. However my order was sitting ready for delivery. In this instance a update would have been greatly received by phone to give option to wait or cancel especially when they have your contact number.

3 and a half hours we waited most of the food was hsrd and it ended up in the bin

Food was okay, a little cold and not to our expecting chicken on my chips tasted undercooked and since I have felt a little under the weather and my partners donner meat was also a little undercooked his meal was to the usual great standards.

Chips were awful & kebab meat was very dry

The delivery was nearly hour and a half late, it was explained as there being a lack of drivers, and the delivery driver not knowing where I lived. The food was OK still warm despite late delivery

Food was lovely, but delivery took an hour from Whitburn to Bathgate from initial order online

Donner meat burnt so it was like carboard.chicken pakora dry and chewy ..doner meat was replaced but no one ate it as they were put off it by then. usually a good place but its a hit or a miss these days..wont order again for a while.

Took over two hours too arrive absolute joke

Well they said 1 hour and 10 mins for delivery but I had to call the shop twice and it took them 1 hour 30 mins to delivery which I think its terrible as it was late its the first time I have ordered online this way and wont be doing it again was not very happy

Only ordered 2 simple items and they still managed to make a mistake with my food. No cheese on a chips and cheese? C'mon now surely you shouldn't ever do that. After a quick call to them I was assured my replacement chips and cheese was being made and would be with me right away. 45 minutes later they arrived, lukewarm and I had lost all notion for. Them so over half went in the bin. Thanks Flames. We won't be using you again for a takeaway!
