Donner meat burnt so it was like carboard.chicken pakora dry and chewy ..doner meat was replaced but no one ate it as they were put off it by then. usually a good place but its a hit or a miss these days..wont order again for a while.

Took over two hours too arrive absolute joke

Well they said 1 hour and 10 mins for delivery but I had to call the shop twice and it took them 1 hour 30 mins to delivery which I think its terrible as it was late its the first time I have ordered online this way and wont be doing it again was not very happy

Only ordered 2 simple items and they still managed to make a mistake with my food. No cheese on a chips and cheese? C'mon now surely you shouldn't ever do that. After a quick call to them I was assured my replacement chips and cheese was being made and would be with me right away. 45 minutes later they arrived, lukewarm and I had lost all notion for. Them so over half went in the bin. Thanks Flames. We won't be using you again for a takeaway!

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery. Food was over cooked and stuck to the top of the delivery box. Don’t waste your money.

Food late tasteless and cold phoned up 3 times, 2nd call guy hung up on me. Then contacted scoffable, they were told there was no issues with food and flames had offered me to return food which is not ture.... I asked for refund and was told I would need to speak to manager... Will not be going back..

Pizza wasn’t right and had to wait extra 15 mins on it getting made. The order only started to get made when I arrived at shop!

Food ok delivery a joke 2hrs 30 min and when you phone they lie to you and tell you it’s on the way poor customer service

Took all most 2 hours time i got my dinner my chips and cheese where freezing cold so i could not eat them

Over 2 hours 10 when estimated delivery was 1 10 mins and when food arrived wasn’t happy with chips, saugy and cold. Feel in normal circumstances should be offered a voucher or refund.

1 hour 45 minutes delivery.

First time I have ordered from them and the service was very poor. Got an email to say 70 delay which was fine at 90 mins I called and they couldn’t find my order then after a couple of mins they said the driver was in my area so anytime soon. The driver arrived 15 mins later as very very nice and apologetic which wasn’t his fault. They had also given me part of my order wrong but the time it took I just accepted it. The food was hot and looked ok but then when eating the kebab there was plastic on the pita bread like some of the wrapper was left on when they put it in the oven . 1st and last time I will use them.

Food was decent. A little cold. Probably as it took over an hour and a half to deliver. (We are in Whitburn, not like they were delivering far)
