Ordered food at 17.50pm recived email to say would be a hour and 10 minutes. Phone up at 19.40pm to be told no longer than 40 minutes. Then phoned up at 20.40 to be told another ten minutes. So nearly 3 hours for delivery!!

Ten mins walk away and took 2 and half hours to get here and it was lukewarm!

Quoted 1 hour estimated delivery. Took just over 2 hours for delivery! Food was nice enough but until you get your delivery times down we won’t be back.

Delivery took 2hours 20 minutes. Food was cold,dry,burnt and didn’t contain all ingredients. Food was all cut up , which is normally isn’t. Delivery drivers attitude was terrible, said she couldn’t deliver as she was making the food herself. Said food had been sitting in a hot bag for a while. A phone call would have been fine to tell me updated delivery times but they didn’t even phone to let me know. Food went in the bin. Usually have no problems with flames but after this I will not be ordering from them again. So disappointed

Food arrived cold, nan bred was cold and actually wet. Took almost 2 hours to get here. Asked for a chicken fillet burger which we paid £5.50 for and got a slice of flat dark chicken (also cold with wet chips). Pretty sure we were given a standard chicken burger. Felt embarrassed giving it to my partner but he didn't eat it as expected. I'm normally a huge fan of Flames but that completely took the **** last night and has put me off. Not all of us can splash out often on a takeaway and that felt like a total waste.

Took over 2 hours to arive and was cold

Food was 1 hour 15 mins late, and it wasn't worth the wait. Definitely won't order from them again.

1 hour 35mins delivery for a village 3 miles away on a Thursday night is not great service

I waited for 1h20 when they said 50min to start off. They havent updated the waiting times. Food is good.

The food itself was delicious unfortunately though I was quoted an hour and it took an hour and 35 mins to arrive. Called at 1 hour 20 to be told it was seconds away, staff were all super friendly, delivery driver was just slow.

Took two hours to deliver. Asked for no cheese with chips in munchy box, came with cheese. I ordered korma sauce and rice. So i paid 4.50 for a tub of dry rice and a tablespoon of sauce. Chicken pakora had no batter on it. I was given a discount for my next order with flames but i wont be going back. In flames defence i have normally found them good and the scoffable team were quick to try and resolve my issues.

1 hour 50 mins for a delivery

I ordered my food at 19.28 hoping to get it before heading to work, 21.30 came, a 2 hour wait!! Im sorry but this is not acceptable in my book. The resaon for no reply to my door was i had left to go to work at 21.30, I will not be ordering from them again as i ended up waiting 2 hours last week for my food

Ordered at 18:44.  Delivery update of 50 minutes.  No delivery as of 20:14. Called Flames at 20:14 who said " any second now" Order eventually arrived at 20:41. Nearly two hours after the order was placed. I think the order was put together after my call. A shambolic performance and one that ensures i wont be using Flames again.

I usually really enjoy the food from here however tonight the tandoori chicken was chewy & the chips were soggy. Very disappointed.

Pizza tasted weird and took over an hour to come

Disappointing. Had previously ordered a chicken tikka special korma and was really impressed however ordered again tonight and it was bland and the chicken was tasteless (not tikka either). Chips had clearly been reheated and full order was luke warm. Paid £40 for a take away that just fed 3 people and took well over an hour to deliver, absolutely not worth the money.

Order our box at 7 30 and after phoning twice. To be told it on its way it areives at 9.20, warm and certainly unenjoyable .

Was well over amd hour and was cold i have ordered from flames soo many times but the wait time is ridiculous then when i finally get my order the delivery driver makes a remark to let me know he knew i phoned to ask where my order was i am very unhappy with tonight's service considering not ordering again

1. Food was delivered cold. 2. No salt or vinegar on the chips. it was stated on the request. 3. 10" Ham & Pineapple Pizza was tasteless.

2hour wait. Then had to go pick up meal. Will not be back!.
