Hi Gareth this ia manager from flames. I spoke to yourself yesterday when you called the shop to explain chicken was missing in you dhansak. Gareth i did offer to replace you whole meal not only curry i said we will send you a full new meal on priority base and just give this whole meal back to driver but you refuse to take the offer i did apologise but you kept repeating the same issue i did everything to sort it out but you refused to take anything i mean i couldn't do anything after that.
