Hi Gareth this ia manager from flames. I spoke to yourself yesterday when you called the shop to explain chicken was missing in you dhansak. Gareth i did offer to replace you whole meal not only curry i said we will send you a full new meal on priority base and just give this whole meal back to driver but you refuse to take the offer i did apologise but you kept repeating the same issue i did everything to sort it out but you refused to take anything i mean i couldn't do anything after that. Hi Connie, this is the manager from Flames. First of all, your whole review is wrong , and it's a false review. We delivered your order within 35 minutes after you placed your order, and second, you ordered the budget box 3, which clearly says budget box 3 comes with mini calzone chips and cheese tub of sauce and can of juice you got exactly what you ordered I don't understand what was you were moaning about you had huge argument with me on the phone and said I have ordered a wrong thing . Then you phoned scoffable and wanted refund what we should refund you for? you got what you ordered, and now you are posting the wrong information and review on scoffable, but I'm glad I have made things very clear here for my other customers to read what had actually happened.
