So delivery driver pulls up doesnt have my change trys lie to me saying that he gave me the right amount he quite quickly changed his mind when he realised I had a camera and I did actually give him a £20 the fool still owes me £2 weather or not he assumed this was his tip which I dont give because they get paid enough is a disgrace not a first for flames drivers the owners know about this spoke openly about it in front of me before in the shop think If your paying with cash be very careful wont be ordering again luckily enough for me

Hi sorry for what happend last night. I would like to mention few things here first of all you should have phone the shop and let us know i spoke to my driver your order total was £13.70 my driver gave you £ 6.30 change but you were aggressive to my driver. And second you never ever placed order with us before u mentioned its not the first time happened from flames drivers this is very wrong saying customer service and satisfaction is first priority and if someone brings anything like this to our notice we take it very serious but because you never placed order with us before and my drivers have a great reputation they will never do anything like that to our customer as the reviews will tell customers has commented on drivers job and service too. The reason for your anger is that you are based in blackburn and you placed order and Christmas day and the you phoned 10 minutes late to find where the delivery was and i told you it 90 minutes time on it so you took the anger out on the driver. Its not the drivers fault they ate out trying their best to deliver customers food on Christmas day don't have right to speak to drivers aggressively. You were very impatient.Flames

Food was good but delivery took 90 minutes after originally told 45.Would however reccomend the chicken tikka kebab

Food was good but took over 2hours to arrive. On calling was told its the streets that are causing issues due to weather. I drive and they arent bad. This is the worst delivery times in West Lothian. Always have to wait longer than any other 😞

Hi liz sorry for the inconvenience caused last Saturday.Liz first of all we do appreciate feedback from customers wether its good or bad but the only thing i would like to mention is you are very regular customer and i have never seen a feedback from yourself in past for all the goof service we have provided. And then you placed order on saturday night and the night before it was heavy snow drivers were struggling to get in street i don't know how can you can they weren't bad you were asked to come and collect your order but it was your choice. Hope this clear the issue up here little bit hope to see you again tha for your custom with flames

Usually a good choice tonight was way below par chips in the spicy chicken hoggie were inedible definitely a let down usually fantastic

Delivery over half hour longer than estimated.Korma spicier than.last time, wife could only eat minimal amount. Chips hard as though undercooked, inedible, ended up in bin

Totally disappointed, ordered at opening time and i think we got yesterdays re-heats, chips were hard and dry. The kebab meat was like cardboard and heated in a microwave, could bite through it. Pita bread was burned on one side. Pizza was okay and nothing special.£20.30 was a waste of money. I dont think i will.be ordering again... Refund would be nice.

Hi leon this is muzi manager here. Sorry to hear about that leon i am a bit concerned that you placed your order 22:35pm and your order was with you 22:55 pm i dont know how can you say that food was cold it was budget box 3 onky goi ordered which was made and sent straight away to yourself. And by 23:00 pm shop was closed and we had left so if you are unhappy about something els that's different. Hope to see gou again

Hi lasley its manager from flames. I am so to hear about your last night order we did send order on time and you order chips and cheese in you order but then you phoned and request to leave the cheese off you chips but it was already made. If this put you off and madr you leave bad review thats different we made order according to the instruction.

As always, the food from flames very good however, estimated delivery times are always out and the deliveries are always later than stated.Given the prices charged, this is unacceptable to me, and we never have any problems with other providers on Scoffable

Order here often and usually happy but today was a disaster. The chips tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated. The korma was soo watery. The pakora was totally burned and had a very burnt aftertaste. The butter chicken was okay but had a thick layer of oil on the top. The naan bread was dry, burnt and chewy. Only thing that was edible was the rice. Not the usual curry from here but has put me off ordering for a good while

Quoted 1.20 for delivery, the order turned up just past the 2 hour mark. Food was lukewarm, which is a massive concern giving how much competition they have in area.First and last time using Flames.
