Almost an hour later than stated and it was luke warm.The chips weren't the best but the rest was lovely

I normally order the same thing every week (3 in 1 deal) ,decided to try the garlic chapatti and ordered some curry sauce too along with my usual order ,and i wasnt disappointed omg that chappatiIs my new fav along with the curry sauce ,i put donner meat and made a wrap and dipped it in the curry amazing btw 😋 🙌 am now wondering do u do a garlic and cheese chapatti 😋

I ordered chips, cheese and curry sauce. Arrived with no cheese. Disappointed as I usually rate Flames very much

Order said 1 hour, it was here in 45 minutes, best pizzas in whitburn by a mile 👌

Food was good but delivery time was too long. Estimated time of 1 hour and was delivered 1 hour after this so 2 hours in total. Had i known it was going to take that long when placing the order i would have cancelled it.

Delivery took 1 hour 30 minutes

Very happy with the excellent service provided by Flames and the Bbq chicken pizza was delicious.

Enjoyable food. Not been disappointed.

Food arrived cold, chips tasted like they had been sat in a cardboard box for hours & reheated, calzone had no sauce or onion though it & again stone cold! Absolutely terrible
