Hi there I am deeply sorry about your wait we were busy last night . But how far you stay doesnt matter because it first come and first serve so its just the way deliveries were coming we were sending them out side street were still really bad with black ice . But we were making sure food is still hot when it gets to customer . If you did find food cold you should have contacted us we would have sort this out for you wihtout any issues . But please dont let this put you off give us another chance and we will make sure this doesn't happen again . Thank you
