Donner and chips were okay however cheese on the burger was brick hard and the person that ate it had upset stomach the next day

Wasnt great to be honest troops, sorry. Munchy box was 60% cold chips and cheese, and the pakoras didnt have a great deal of flavour. We very rarely have a takeaway for dinner, so were very disappointed as this was going to be a nice big family meal. Ive had better from other takeaways in the area, so Im sorry but I wont be ordering again. Hope this is constructive for you, wish you the best!

Not for the first time, part of the order, not handed over at point of delivery We had to call flames, so they could contact the driver to bring the missing item.

Got 16 inch flames special pizza it was absolutely terrible worst pizza iv had out there use to be great pizza's dont no who's making them now.

Hi Craig i am really sorry for you 1 off experience i remember making the myself and made it the way i always make it. You get the pizza every week so dont let this 1 bad experience put you off craig we appreciate all reviews but we didnt see any positive reviews from you in past when everything is all good come on we do deserve a good reviews too so hopefully we will see positive reviews from you too in future thanks you flames

Estimated delivery time 50 mins hour and 50 mins. Ordered a hoggie got a open wrap with donner n chips flung in! Burger n chips were soggy expensive waste of money!
