You are regular customer with flames for such long time but come rating us like this is not fair is it as in past you have never left any good reviews about us when service was spot on food was great you should always give us a feedbacks in good and bad times we were trying our best last night. As a regular customer you know this is not our service e delivery service is very quick but you are based in blackburn and your order was accepted for 100 minutes and specially this time of the year when its a bank holiday service can be little bit up and down we appreciate feeback of all our customer whether its good or bad but you had delivery on sunday there and was delivered within one hour but we did not see any good reviews for yourself aboit that or in past so why rate us bad just for 1 bad night come on its not fair is it. Hi suzanne we apologise for the late order. Just to remind you are based in blackburn and delivery to blackburn is about 70 minutes and this is what your order was accepted for. You are very regular customer we always make sure if delivery is late but at least customer gets hot food. Hope we will see good reviews from yourself in future.
