My order was incorrect:1. There was No salt or Vinegar on the chips.2. There was No salad on the burger.3. The chips were soggy and cold due to being in the polystyrene box too long.4. The Box/meal squashed in Transit.when I phoned to complain about my order the owner of the shop said he put the Salt & Vinegar on the chips. I went to the shop to let him try the chips, only to be called names(Dirty Face) & Threatened with a Pizza shovel.I have reported this to Scoffable.

First of all i would like to mention here we did put salt vinger on you chips and i said we missed salad on your burger and we will replace it happily. But yout aggression and shouting on the phone and the in shop was out of order i will not let anyone come yo my shop and insult my staff like this the way you threatened my staff by saying you dont know what i can do. This is why this huge drama took place for what a missing salad and no salt or vinger on chips while i did say we will send you another but coming into the shop and showing using bad language swearing this is not happening. We had these issues with you in past and thats why we stopped sending deliveries to you all those good times deliveries on time not a single good review but for this single occasion you gone and left a review buf wish you had mentioned what you said to my staff.flames

Food took over 2 hours to come and arrived cold.

Gave a time of 1.20 minutes. Took 1.55 minutes. The food was cold and the box container was soggy. I will never order from here again. A complete waste of £18.00

Hi james i am deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by late delivery. Let me guarantee 1 things order will runs late but we dont compromise on our food quality and we send order piping hot to customers. As you said you said are the only takeaway happen with that just tell you other wont br busy as us mate hope to see you again we will try and improve the serivce thanks

Shannon i am deeply sorry but let me clear you only ordered a juice 2 bottles of cola and can of pepsi we didn't have cola sent you pepsi easy solution would have you should have call the shop and change it to another juice and this is what you got that's different if you were not happy about the price. Delivery time stated 1.5 hrs actual delivery time 3hrs food was cold when it arrived.

Some of the Chicken didnt feel cooked,chips weren't at their usual best but that's maybe down to how many drops were done before we got our delivery

Ordered at 8.12, had the email saying it will be here in an hour, waited till 9.45 (gave them the extra half hour incase they were busy) and they said it was on the doorstep, nope wasnt on ours or the neighbours, called them back and they were adamant it was delivered to us. Contacted scoffable who contacted Flames and they were still adamant it was delivered to us. Finally got a replacement at 10.45/11 only for the driver to apologise ? He admitted to delivering it to the wrong address.

Hi dylen thanks for getting back. Let me clear few things you orders donner burger with no salad and ketchup and i made it donner burger meal with just ketchup and donner hoggie with salad and garlic mayo which was sent as you orderd i dont know what you talking about no burger in donner burger donner burger is just roll with donner in it hou have not orderd any garlic mayo or chili sauce on any of them think you have got mixed up here mate. Ypu should have phone the m shop to let us know. Hope to see you soon.

Worst pizza i think ive EVER had. Base was like cardboard and there was no sauce on it at all. Was so dry. If it wasnt for the dip i bought i dont even think i wouldve ate the one bit that i did eat. Hubby isnt as fussy as me and even he had to cover the top with tomato sauce to give it taste. Was same last time but i gave them benefit of the doubt but never again. Will not order from here again. Disgusting!!!
