Ordered at 8.12, had the email saying it will be here in an hour, waited till 9.45 (gave them the extra half hour incase they were busy) and they said it was on the doorstep, nope wasnt on ours or the neighbours, called them back and they were adamant it was delivered to us. Contacted scoffable who contacted Flames and they were still adamant it was delivered to us. Finally got a replacement at 10.45/11 only for the driver to apologise ? He admitted to delivering it to the wrong address.

Hi dylen thanks for getting back. Let me clear few things you orders donner burger with no salad and ketchup and i made it donner burger meal with just ketchup and donner hoggie with salad and garlic mayo which was sent as you orderd i dont know what you talking about no burger in donner burger donner burger is just roll with donner in it hou have not orderd any garlic mayo or chili sauce on any of them think you have got mixed up here mate. Ypu should have phone the m shop to let us know. Hope to see you soon.

Worst pizza i think ive EVER had. Base was like cardboard and there was no sauce on it at all. Was so dry. If it wasnt for the dip i bought i dont even think i wouldve ate the one bit that i did eat. Hubby isnt as fussy as me and even he had to cover the top with tomato sauce to give it taste. Was same last time but i gave them benefit of the doubt but never again. Will not order from here again. Disgusting!!!

Firstly food was stone cold. Ordered a munchy box. It was absolutely disgusting. Chicken pakora?? Was hard and inedible. Chips and cheese was soggy and stuck together. Donner meat was hard and crispy. Most of the food was chucked in the bin. First and last order from here. Do not waste your money. Food standards Agency should be calling here 😡

Hi Eleanor first of all i do apologise for yoi experience with us this time. I dont know why you said first and last order from the record i can see you are reguler customer and we never never ever saw any positive reviews in past for all the other good times. I mean how is that fair mistake happens you should have phoned and explain it to us. If chips has got cheese on it they will be stuck togther its and obvious thing and donner meat was fresh cut its different if you didnt like the service but food was made by myself and was fresh yeh you order was a bit late. Give us a chance hope we will not disappoint you again thank you flames

Got a chicken korma tonight and was horrible the chicken was well over cooked sauce was like water chips where dry and half cooked... total waste of money as it went in the bin

Waited an hour for delivery and was very disappointed as food was cold if we order again it will be for collection as it wont have travelled allover before being delivered to out house

Ordered food at half past 9 was quoted an hour and 10 minutes. Around 11 oclock my partner phoned to be told they were waiting on driver and order would be with us soon. Quarter past midnight was when it eventually decided to show up. Driver was lovely but most definitely wont be back.

Food arrived over an hour later than the estimated delivery time of 1hr 10After a two hour+ wait the food wasn't even that nice, with the chips being a cold and rubbery the chicken in the Korma too flouryHopefully just a bad night for them as weekend service is usually pretty good

Paid £13 for an Egyptian kebab. Was a very small portion to feed two people. We ended up going out for more food. It was Very greasy. Sent the wrong Juice and claimed theyd tried to call me and my number needing updated. Had same number for 20 years so that was a lie. Driver from another takeaway called me last week for directions. Coincidence it worked then but not tonight. Sadly wont be using this takeaway again.

Hi John sorry for the inconvenience caused that night . But I think you should contact scoffable and ask them tu update your number my driver phoned you 3 times and I phoned you 3 times but it was keep disconnecting we are telling you what happend and rest about Egyptian kebab portion are still the same it's different if you were extra hungry pur portion are same . It was request if you could change the nunber with scoffable so its east for us to contact you thanks flames .

Hi first of all sorry if you felt mince tasted like fish i spoke to you on the phone and explained we dont use any raw fish in our premises i sent so many mice pizzas yesterday to customers you were the only 1 phoned and said it taste like fish you are reguler customer we never seen any positive reviews from yourself in past so please dont let this put you off for this 1 occasion our mince is always fresh and never ever had complaints aboit it same mince gets use for curries thanks flames.

Wasnt great, would have probably been better if they put sauce on the kebab like I asked, saved the kebab being as dry as it was

Hi there my apologies i checked your order and you orders a pakora sauce for your kebab and you know it and we have told you in past we dont use loose pakora sauce we always sent it in tubs so wether it was us put it on for you or you could have put it on the kebeb yourself. But kebab was made fresh thanks from flamea hope to see you soon.
