Wait was an hour over the time they told us it would be here, poor customer service on the phone and food was cold

Was a good delivery as always never had any problems with this at all

Fast delivery best takeaway in Whitburn

Really enjoyed the food, cooked well and still hot. Only negative was the 1hour and half delivery time

Ordered baked potato which was pretty much burnt and ended up in the bin. Was also delivered later than stated. First and last time ordering.

Classss

Food was delicious and delivery was speedy.

Excellent!

Food was not nice this time well apart from pizza chips were clearly reheated and the kebab was that burnt couldnt eat it n just tasted like eating a tub of grease disappointing

Lovely

It was horrible

My order came really quickly tonight. I always enjoy the traditional lamb curry from Flames. Good value for money.

Good food as always

Pizza was really nice but took nearly 2 hours to arrive when given a 50 minute ETA and food was luke warm. Paid for 4 extra sauces and they didnt send them. Wish I read the reviews before ordering

.

We love Flames 🔥. Food amazing and best in area by far. Many thanks!

Food is amazing

Unfortunately the food turned up lukewarm 😔You could tell the food had been out for delivery for a while disappointed tonight
