But rayan we are closed 11pm and all orders leave the shop before 11pm I don't know how could you say it was 11:50 when your order was delivered. You are regular customer we appreciate good reviews and negative review but we haven't seen any positive review in alll the other good time so please don't let this put you off we will make sure this doesn't happen again . Delevery is late but food make a fresh

Hi robert sorry to hear that mate you werent happy with your order tonight. Let make it clear you only ordered a small chicken bbq kebab with salad and sauce on it and in small bbq kebab you get 6 pieces of and full scoop of sauce of we put too much sauce then you will turn around and say there was too. Much sauce on it in future put special instructions how would you like it. My disappointment is you are reguler customer but never seen good reviews from you in past even we humbly requested so why a bad reviews for 1 bad occasion we try our beat to keep things smooth as possible mistakes happen hope we will see good review in future. Just this time of the year we have been really busy due to bank holiday and all that we were trying out best i made you food myself and delivered it you and apologise to you and explained this situation too. You are regular customer with flames for such long time but come rating us like this is not fair is it as in past you have never left any good reviews about us when service was spot on food was great you should always give us a feedbacks in good and bad times we were trying our best last night. As a regular customer you know this is not our service e delivery service is very quick but you are based in blackburn and your order was accepted for 100 minutes and specially this time of the year when its a bank holiday service can be little bit up and down we appreciate feeback of all our customer whether its good or bad but you had delivery on sunday there and was delivered within one hour but we did not see any good reviews for yourself aboit that or in past so why rate us bad just for 1 bad night come on its not fair is it.
