Very long time to be delivered.Ordered thin crust, got thick crust.Food lukewarm when it finally arrived.Disappointed to say that this supplier is massively inconsistent- often the food is great, piping hot and exactly as ordered, but other times like tonight not so great.

Long wait for delivery which is ok as it was a Saturday night but food was lukewarm, almost cold when it turned up. Order was also missing a coke. 😔

Best double bacon cheese burger anywhere.

Yet again the order was wrong- no salad this time. They also have the cheek to charge you to have the salad separate- but don't even put it in. If my kids didn't like the pizzas so much, I wouldn't be back.

order received quickly. Pizzas and chips/wedges fresh and tasty. only observation was that we had requested thin crust, and it really was more like a thick base. Taste was great tho.

1 hour and 40 minutes for food to arrive. Ordered a burger meal with extra cheese slice for my son and a portion of onion rings for myself. Food arrived cold, thought they had forgotten my onion rings but they had actually put them in the burger bun. 1st and last time I will order from them .

Poor customer service with missing ingredient and argumentative

Got an order with couple of issues got in touch and they sent me two free pizzas without me even asking fact wasnt happy and they acted on this when many would ignore it is good customer service and wont hesitate to go back...

Food arrived luke warm. Garlic bread was burnt. Overpriced for what we got compared to competitors

Order was not complete. No Nan bread. Had ordered a mixed kebab with nan. Not even a pitta bread was given- rest of food was good but unhappy with this mistake. Had waited an hour for this. Disappointed.

I havent ordered from here since the beginning of the year, not that the foods terrible, it isnt, its that the orders are practically never correct, its like they just make what they want to or somethings missing.Kids persuaded me to give it a go again last night. Its so tiring, just follow the order? Superbite, ketchup instead of Mayo, no salad on kids cheeseburger even though its given as an option and 2 fruit shoots arrived instead of cans as the description of the meal deal states. READ THE ORDER!

Food was great and woukd have been more than happy to give top score but unfortunatly my can of juice was missing. By the time i got my food to the kitchen and noticed, the driver was away. All in all could be more careful with delivery orders but food is great.
