Always punctual and friendly

For the second time, I have used this website to pay and I have turned up expecting my order but they say they didn't recieve it. I was forced to go back and get my laptop out of the car to prove that I had paid. When I returned, the suddenly found my order. They didn't even say sorry, nor did they made any quick attempts to solve their mistakes and instead the just put my order in the queue of people that already ordered (despite me having ordered before them) and I had to wait a further 10 minutes more than I should have. Food was OK, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Third delivery on a row that has been much later than the stated time. One hour and 45 minutes is way too long to wait when you've been quoted 40 minutes.
