Chips seemed to be the dreggs of the fryer .smoked sausage was tiny and over cooked pickled onions are more suited to a coctail stick with cheese squares .buttered roll unbuttered and was luke warm .usualy a good meal from here so was looking forward it

Waited 2 hours. Well overpriced and small portion sizes. Wont be back.

Pizza base was burnt!

Forgot my chips with my meal deal and the pizza was too chewy and greasy.

At time of placing order advised food would arrive in 1 hour, Food then delivered 1 hr 55 mins later. Phone constantly engaged at shop so couldnt get an update.

Ordered cheese & tomato pizza with 2 toppings - ham & pineapple. Did not receive any toppings. Fish suppers were fabulous but had one very disappointed child.

Usually I give Ginos 5 stars but sadly not tonight Specifically wrote no batter on sausage and we got batter Second the fish was nothing to shout about had better from them and too many bones hardly any fish 😔

Most places only accepting card payments for additional hygiene during pandemic but they are still accepting cash, would be ok if they cleaned their hands after handling cash before touching food but they didnt, saw this for most customers while I waited. Saw girl handling cash them put my pizza on the tray with her hands! Didnt eat my food, seems they care about profit before hygiene during a pandemic

Ordered fish supper online said 45 for delivery, it didnt turn up til an hour & a half later! ....& it was cold :((

Ordered at 6pm. Got text saying wait would be one hour. After hour passed tried to phone shop but got continual engaged tone (23 attempts). Contacted scoffable who said food was on the way. Did not appear for another half hour at 8.10pm. No reason for delay.

Order took almost two hours to be delivered, info on the confirmation said it would be an hour, and the driver said he had another nine deliveries still to do

Food was good but this is second driver from ginos that order missing item . Last time we supposed to get 2 x rolls and fritter in the order and only received 1 single fritter . This time within order we supposed to get 2 large bags of chips we received one . I am disappointed as this chippy food is great .

Placed a (simple) order with scoffable at 6.45pm. After 4 phone calls and being told that the order would be with me soon,it eventually arrived just before 9p.m! Only reason given was that it was a busy night! The fact that there appeared to be only one delivery driver was,in my opinion, a significant contributory factor to this debacle. I will not be using this service again.

Sorry but wasn't nice fish and chips was very cold
