just had an extremely bad experience with this delivery driver. My front door is broken so I put a note on the booking to say 'come to back door please'. The delivery driver arrived at the broken door, I opened the letterbox and politely asked him to come round the back door as this one was broken, to which he went 'no'. I asked again if there was any chance, again 'no!' Very rudely. I have just had a knee replacement and struggle to get down the steps. It took me a while to work my way down the steps and get to the front to eventually retrieve my food. Now In complete un necessary pain over a situation that could have been dealt with in a completely different way.

Wasnt good at all chips were raw and inedible raw potato i called them and says can get free portion next time but still not good enough never should have been let ljt the kitchen in that state curry wasnt much better used to be nice from here seriously need to have a word to your chef

Completely wrong order tried to phone about it to get a stumbaling bum who cant understand english utter waste of money

Curry sauce looked like it had been cooked for over a week and re used

Chips were dry and hard, chicken didnt taste nice. It was like all the food had been sitting for a while.

Usually very good , but tonight was awful, reheated rubbish

Unfortunately the first delivery driver went to the wrong address and my order had to be redeliverd

Usually nice when been but last night just didnt seem that fresh and far to much salt in things which was a shame as usually like going here

The Mushroom and gravy wasnt what it use to be. The gravy was thick and very bitter tasting, my husband threw most of his meal in the bin

To be honest wasnt that great tonight this is my go to Chinese and a rate it to everyone but wasnt liking it tonight chips were under cooked and just wasnt enough gravy gravy never covered much was very little gravy init but normally never could not rate the place but disappointed earlier. Please dont be offended as I never usually dont have a problem I didnt phone about it as its not as if its happened before hopefully it picks up next time. Kind regards your loyal customer lol

Last 2 orders we have asked for no peppers in dish. 1st one came with small pieces after we phoned to ask for not to be included. 2nd with large slices after putting it in special requests. Such a shame as food is good but cant tolerate peppers.

When food came it was cold and soggy like it had been in car for ages will not order again

This place has always been my go to but recently its been horrible, the last time wasnt as bad as tonight, soggy chips, raw battered chicken balls & hardly any sauce for our curry. Arrived really quick, which isnt always a good thing! I bought from here all the time but think Ill be giving it a miss from now on, very rushed & not to standards of what Im paying

Nearly 3 hours for delivery, ordered early as knew it would be busy but still didnt accommodate when I called.
