Used to love golden bowl but its gone downhill 😢. Never got any satay sauce with our chicken satay skewers and the chicken was like leather! Nearly chopped a tooth! Lemon chicken was ok but not great and the chow mein was mediocre. Gutted! 😢

The beef from the beef curry was like a burst couch or grab a grannies kebab. All floppy chewy no flavour.The curry sauce that accompanied it and the chicken curry was defo like your granny Ediths jelly Was not enjoyable. If I had a do the dog wouldnt eat it.Only thing that was enjoyable was the free monitoring rolls

Meal was awful. Sauce so watery and no taste to the rice. Usually use Mrs Chans and will go back there.

Quantity poor

Order from here frequently but a few things semeed different tonight. Definitely not to the same standard as normal, sauce i always buy looked different and eas bland. Things cooked differently to how they normally are. Not sure if a change of staff or just bad luck tonight

Chips were unbelievably soggy and unedible and chicken balls half were soggy half was solid

Really disappointed as food is always great but there was a hair in my wifes which resulted in it being binned. Sadly I think we will go elsewhere in future.

Was over an hour and a half late have to phone twice! And some of ot was cold

Absolutely disgusting! First time ordering from here and it'll be the last. Tasted like a fake away, no flavour to anything at all. Infact the chips were the best of a bad bunch

Ordered lemon chicken with sweet n sour sauce. Chicken was dry and quite tasteless, sweet and sour was vinegary. My husband had a duck dish and unfortunately ended up very sick around 12hrs later. We couldnt help but think it was due to his last meal which was the duck dish the night before but we might be wrong. It has put is off Chinese for quite a while though.

I was missing an egg fried rice

Usually good food tonight chicken was like rubber fried rice tasted terrible and chips were raw curry sauce was spicy but no taste

Well we placed the order at 16.23 and as at 19.35 we still have to been delivered our food. The takeaway says it will be another 30 to 45 mins. We order a lot from this takeaway but that's the last time. Nearly four hours is unacceptable
