Soup was not with the main when delivered, they had to come back and deliver separately. Rice was not amazing and the chicken in black bean was all stuck together, as in wasnt chopped and separated properly. Soup was terrific and the only reason I didnt give the worst rating.

Go here every weekend and the food is usually fab however unsure if they have changed the chef or if its because I ordered abit later than usual but the honey chilli chicken was like rubber, had a funny texture and couldnt eat it. Ended up binning it. We used to have delivery within the half an hour too but now we are around 1.5 hours for delivery within Whitburn. Not really impressed ☹

Ordering was quite straight forward and had the option for extras, I chose to get extra mushrooms to the chicken chow mein which was only 50p and havent had it with mushrooms before and I still havent. Got the order under the estimated 1 hour 20 mins but sadly ignored the extra. Theres no purpose offering an extra if youre not capable of reading the order out correctly. Id have been happier waiting longer to get the order as requested and paid for than to receive it incorrectly and early. Would I order again using the app ? Possibly not and if I were then probably not through this take away

Took over two hours to deliver, wouldn't answer the phone, had to chase via Scoffable. Delivery driver couldn't have cared less.

Worst Ive ever eaten my rice was mush , asked for spring onion & whoever cut that up was clean not wanting to b doing there job!! Also put gravy in mine probably to hide the mushy rice but I did not order gravy!!! Shredded chicken was burnt & far tooo crunchy some bits didnt even look like chicken was in it. Honestly avoid!!!

I always normally get food from here but this time there was a piece of metal in with myChicken wings. ImJust glad I spotted it before one of my kids took one. It put us all right off and the food just went into the bucket we couldnt eat it.

Their food was tasteless. I have to wait for an 1 hour 40 minutes for a tasteless food and very salty chicken wings. The staffs are very rude as well. I will not encourage anyone to spend their hard earned money on them. I will never order any food from them again.

Tried this place after our usual Chinese (Kings Fayre) stopped using Scoffable. Salt and chilli chips were soggy, crispy chicken in a honey chilli sauce had a weird jelly like coating, chicken chow mein was so salty I nearly died and the egg fried rice was as bland as you could get. Safe to say we wont be ordering from here again unfortunately

there was hair in the food and the establishment refused to give us a refund in any way. we called them to make a complaint and we were told we had to wait for them to deal with us, this was annoying and felt very unprofessional but we waited around 30 minutes to hear back from them. after explaining the situation, they told us that it was impossible, and there was no chance there was hair in the food, we assured them that we had proof that there was in fact hair in most of our dishes, but they just continued to tell us this was impossible and if we wanted a refund we would have to go to the shop to show them proof and theyd decide there and then if we could get it. this is a real inconvenience for us, as none of us drive and we live in stoneyburn, and after explaining this was out of the question and simply not good enough, the woman on the phone hung up on us. we have since contacted scoffable, who were unable to do anything about the matter as the establishment deemed it questionable and were unsure of the reliability of our proof, so we had no way of refunding the £45 worth of food which was wasted. disgusting.

Food was cold and I was missing my noodles and also my spring rolls.

Last week they forgot my satay sauce which was resolved i got a replacement and last night they never gave me gravy i never bothered to let them know as i gave my daughter my curry sauce instead.

Most of the rice was hard . Ordered salt and chilli chicken it was slightly salted and no chilli. Just tasted greasy.

The beef curry was like jelly, tub of curry sauce was the same looked as if it had previously been frozen. Chicken eg too yung, had no eggs just chicken onions and bean sprouts Everything had a horrible taste and went in the bin. Worst takeaway Ive had and over £40 wasted

Food wasnt great look like it had been reheated chips were hard rice was burnt and the curry wasnt great

Food was over half an hour later than allotted delivery time and as a result not the warmest when it got here.

1hour 50 min wait on a monday! Singapore fried rice used to be amazing now hardly any meat in it disappointing
