Im sad to say this but my food arrive cold and dry loads more to say not got the energy sorry for complaining it takes alot

Ordered our meal at 19.20, estimated delivery was 1hour 40 minutes, it was Christmas Eve so I did expect there to be a long delivery time but I did not expect to wait 3 hours! I phoned at 21.15 to be told the driver would be back in 10-15 mins and our order would then be delivered. Phoned again at 21.55 when we had still not received the order to be told it was out for delivery.it was delivered at 22.20the order was wrong! Nearly £30 on a meal for 3 of us and 2 of us ended up eating chips because what we ordered didnt arrive, it was also cold! Have used golden bowl a few times in the last few months and had great meals every time so was very disappointed this time round, so disappointed that I wont use golden bowl again.

I ordered chicken fried rice it came in a polystyrene container full of rice and 3 small pieces of chicken on the top it was more like a portion of fried rice I wont be ordering again from them

Waited 3 hours for delivery to be told twice it was on it its way to then it hadnt even been cooked terrible service ordered at half 5 eventually arrived at 20 past 8

The food was really good but it took nearly 2 hours to arrive.

The service was shocking 1hr 20 mins estimated delivery ordered at 610pm called at 745pm and again at 830pm the food arrived 5 mins later !

The gravy was thick and very strong the rice was absolutely rank

Over a 2 hour wait for our food

Food was horrible soggy chips looked like a dogs dinner went in the bin won't be ordering from there again

Chips were cold, curry sauce too thick

Beef was like mush rice has a strange taste to it and kids refused to touch the chow mein after one bite

Munchie was all chips barely any meat ribs etc

Got food poisoning from eating here never again

The chicken chow mien was all pasta very poor so dry couldnt eat it very disappointed. For a new takeaway this is poor

Snack box had hardly any curry sauce in it and was very dry, chips were dry and chewy

Made order at 19:05 estimated time was 1hr and 10 mins, called at 20:25, was told awaiting driver then delivery will be with us, called again at 21:25. Was told its getting made and will be with us. Spoken to takeaway and was told i would receive half payment refund and 20% off and still not received. Delivery eventually appeared at 21:40pm.

Took 2 hours for the food to come and the food was mediocre at best

Over two hours for delivery and the beef was disgusting

It saddens me to say that this was the worst meal I've ever had from Golden Bowl. Mixed veg curry was mainly chunks of onions and mushrooms in what seemed like a pre made stodgy sauce. There was no flavour or seasoning. The chips were hard and dry. Prawn toast was burnt and dry...no dipping sauce which didn't matter as everything went in the bin. Sweet and sour chicken cantonese style just horrid and tasteless. Don't know if this place has changed hands but it definitely never used to be like this. Food wasn't hot either but it never got eaten so that comment is invalid. Sorry, but I won't order again.
