Order was wrong. Pretty disappointed as I order from here a lot and it's normally great.

Food was lovely as alway but the order was wrong I received a chicken satay rather than the special satay i requested. This is not the first time this has happened and was a bit disappointing.

Ribs were hard and chips were reheats curry sauce greasy

The muchy box was mostly cold , the chicken balls were actually raw inside and the ribs were bone dry and salt and chilli chips were soggy and only luke warm , very dissapointed overall

Got order wrong, ordered gravy sauce but got curry sauce

Ribs were lovely, however the crispy duck was overdone, tough and the sauce was greasy and tasteless. First time weve had a poor takeaway from our favourite Chinese. Hopefully just a one off and next time will be better🤞

Order was 15 minutes early (not great as we hadn't got kids in bed yet). The fried rice wasn't great, grains were small so when mixed with the sauce it seemed stodgy and more like cous cous.

The rice was soggy and overcooked The chicken and pineapple was tasteless I dont intend to order from you again

Way too slow and only delivered late after we called store to find order

Order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. King prawn dish was a disgrace and binned. To be fair I could have used the prawns to break concrete.Very poor and £40 wasted.

Aubergine was very dry and unevenly seasoned. Its usually my favourite but it was horrible today. The prawns used in the chowmein also seemed slightly off.

Got a sweet and sour and they forgot the sauce

Menu prices wrong. Products unavailable. Seemed expensive.Sauce for lemon chicken like water.Hoi sin sauce like water.Very disappointing. Unlikely to ever go back

Chicken curry - meat was pink

was missing parts of order and didnt take into account what was said in special instructions.

The crispy shredded chicked wasn't crispy, more undercooked batter and soggy . The Great Wall fried rice was drenched in sauce. Both were inedible. Sent pictures of the issue to Scoffable but restaurant claimed they were to standard which is laughable. Salt and Chilli chicken was ok. Asked for a refund for the fried rice and crispy chicken but was declined. Won't be back now after multiple orders previously.

The worst Singapore fried rice Ive had. Tasteless, dense and not spicy.
