The food was good as usual but 2 hour 10 mins for a delivery is an absolute shambles.

I waited well over 2 hrs got the delivery chips were cold chicken balls burnt and cold curry sauce cold i wont be using Happy House again meal was terrible

Ordered Chicken fried rice without gravy i got plain rice with hard chicken on top it was disgusting !

Food was lovely tasting but portions were really small and hardly any beef in the beef curry.

Chips were cold and soggy and the chow mein was tasteless and dryer than normal. I like a dry chow mein but this was very dry and under seasoned.

2.5 hours for delivery!

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery, was very disappointed didnt want to be rude and tell the driver to take it back as I didnt want to pay for it but I accepted his apology and took the order but really disappointed I had to wait over 2 hours for it.

Was the worst meal had by all carry out foods

Rancid. The full meal went straight in the bin. Waited over 1hr45 for Sauted Chips & Sauted Mushrooms, both were extremely soggy the chips were total mush, the mushrooms were absolutely revolting, just wet and limp, totally inedible. Extremely disappointing.

Third time ordering from happy house & really disappointed. Ordered shredded honey chilli garlic chicken, kung pao chicken, plain chow mein & fried rice. The fried rice was fine but both main dishes were gloopy and stodgy. The sauces were inedible. Really, really sticky and congealed. Will probably put me off ordering again.

Took over 2 hours !! Freezing cold was one of my favourites but wont be back

Ordered at 6.30pm for 8.30pm delivery, arrived 35 mins late, taking food out bag and all soggy, rice undercooked and hard with burnt bits, Luke warm and tasted terrible, couldnt eat it and very disappointed

Chicken chowmein was good however there were 3 hairs in the special fried rice which completely put me off the meal. First time ordering from here and I won't be ordering anything again

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! This was 1st order came very soggy etc cldnt eat called takeaway!!! Omg the abuse I got over phone was disgusting because I was complaining..Ended up taking food to takeaway and was bombarded by abuse from counter staff and owners and food thrown bk!!! Never hv I experienced anything like it absolutely appalling and disgusting behaviour!! Scoffable got involved and takeaway wasnt refund but Scoffable refunding full amountPLEASE AVOID APPALIING DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR, Not allowed to complain!!! Avoid😡

Took over sn hour to arrive. Needed reheated. The chicken dish was very small portion.

Waited 2 hours for my ASAP order, when I called at 2 hours to ask where it was, I was told its only just made and on the next delivery which would be another 30 mins. Only positive was the refunded the £3.50 delivery fee and the reception delivered personally.
