They took 1 hour and 40 minutes to come

What i had ordered was ment to be cha sui and onions with rice and chips but what i got was onions with about 4 cha sui meat if that with rice and chips

Do i didnt hear door and they left it outside didnt even leave me a message or call me and my food was left outside and went cold Simone could have stolen it

Food tasted great, didnt see anything wrong. But we both had sore stomachs after it....so seems thrre was bacteria in it or something....maybe the omlette. But wont 9rder again because of this

Late ,missing food and what was delivered not fit for consumption and customer service shocking never order again

Two dishes very small ammount chicken there poor quality.. chicken breast?? Not.. enough meat in either dish both rice dishes fried/boiled were cold .Very disappointed in whats usually a better standard

1st time ordering beef curry only good thing about it was the sauce more grizzle than meat 😞Sweet & sour sauce was awful and fried rice no better unfortunately

2 1/2 hours to deliver to heartlands, not good at all, could have walked yo shops got ingredients and cooked it myself quicker

Over one and half hours it was terrible will not go back x

Waited over 2 hours for food which was cold when it finally arrived. Queried how long it would take once the estimated time had passed, was told 20 mins. Will not order anything from this again.

Have waited over 3 hours on delivery contacted Scoffable who have been in touch with shop who apparently lost my order slip 🙄

Unable to eat far too salty chicken fried rice had a burnt small and taste from it

2.5 hours waiting for an order never answer the phone No apology or anything

The duck wasnt duck it was just all full of fat! Was disgusting

Curry sauce really salty

Food was fine, as always, but the delivery service is rotten. Waited almost 2hrs for our delivery. Ironic considering we only opted for take out to save time as we had a busy evening.

Was worst curry in a long time, everything was cold rice was only thing that had a bit of heat in it, prawn crackers where so stale
