2.5hrs waiting on my delivery, would've been quicker walking using crutches with my broken leg

Will not be ordering again , shocking delivery.

I ordered cans off juice and wasnt delivered so I want a refund

Food is good. But service is horrendous. Third time for delivery. After two hour wait, I called abs they told me it had been delivered 45 mins before. It hadnt!! I almost had to prove I have received it. Customer service/care was diabolical. Scoffable have given a little compensation for the inconvenience. But not their fault!!

Food is usually top notch but tonight some of the chicken was hard and had two wait over 2 and a half hours for delivery

Its been a long time since i ordered from happy house, and it will be even longer before i order from them again, delivery (£3) was 1 hour 50 mins, chips were cold, sweet and sour chicken was lukewarm at best, fried rice was stodgy and portion sizes were small

Nearly 3 hours for a delivery phoned after 2 hours told it would be 5-10 mins an hour later it turned up cold

Order was placed hours before the required time and the food arrived 45 minutes late and I wasnt contact to advise it would be late, I had to call and was told it hadnt even left yet

I ordered shredded beef in a Pekingese sauce, I could only eat the rice as it was to much vinegar has been used , waste of money

Not great some of the veg in the chow mein was burnt and it ruined the flavour of the whole dish.

Not great pork was super dry and tough I couldnt eat more than a few bit.

Food took nearly 3 hours when estimated wait time was 1 hour and 30

Chips not nice beef in curry chewy ?

Gutted to be writing this cause my last review of this place was amazing and ive been ranting about this place to everyone but unfortunately tonights meal wasnt up to normal standards. Asked for bbq sauce got sweet and sour, chow mein had no sauce on noodles so was very dry and had a burnt taste. Thought i was imagining it until hubby tried too and confirmed. Kids normally demolish the chicken noodle soup but tonight left half full bowls as they said it tasted funny. Rven hubby didnt enjoy his as much and he loves this place more than me. Gutted. Hope next times better.

The chips had been reheat and were dry and burnt and the beef and onion was all onions, not much beef and hardly any gravy

After receiving confirmation that our meals would be delivered an estimated 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, i was still waiting after an hour and 50 minutes. The Happy House were not interested when i called to ask where our dinner was. I dont think they even believed i had ordered anything. Terrible customer service, dismissive attitude too.Thankfully Scoffable were great and refunded me.

Waited 2 hours for our food, called and was told it was out for delivery, 20 minutes later and i called again, was told yet again that it was already out for delivery, raised my concern that it would be cold and was told that the driver will have the heating on in the car so the food wouldnt be cold. Terrible attitude from the person on the phone. When scoffible contacted them, they told Scoffable that they offered me some sort of compensation, this is not correct as when i said i wasnt happy they told me to contact scoffable. The food arrived cold and we had to reheat it. Will absolutely not be back to hapoy house!
