After receiving confirmation that our meals would be delivered an estimated 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, i was still waiting after an hour and 50 minutes. The Happy House were not interested when i called to ask where our dinner was. I dont think they even believed i had ordered anything. Terrible customer service, dismissive attitude too.Thankfully Scoffable were great and refunded me.

Waited 2 hours for our food, called and was told it was out for delivery, 20 minutes later and i called again, was told yet again that it was already out for delivery, raised my concern that it would be cold and was told that the driver will have the heating on in the car so the food wouldnt be cold. Terrible attitude from the person on the phone. When scoffible contacted them, they told Scoffable that they offered me some sort of compensation, this is not correct as when i said i wasnt happy they told me to contact scoffable. The food arrived cold and we had to reheat it. Will absolutely not be back to hapoy house!

Have used this chinese for a long time however the past 2 weekends i have waited 2hrs on a delivery ...service has slipped drastically !

2hrs 10 mins for delivery of 2 portions of chips and curry sauce fried rice and 2 spring rolls from takeaway less than quarter of a mile from delivery address, and when it did arrive was cold, tried calling them went straight to answer machine which was full so not able to leave a message to try cancel order. I get they were mabe busy but really 2hrs 10mins busy

Worst singapore noodles iv ever had they were soggy like mushy instant noodles, the chicken satay on skewera tasted like soap and the tiny tub of curry sauce was ridiculous for the price

2.5 hours for a delivery when it advised 1 hour 20 mins. Phone lines not working and no communication to advise of the delay. Shocking!!!

Rice dish was burnt, spring rolls were greasy and soggy. Lovely prawn crackers

I wasnt happy about the chicken balls we only got 4 chicken balls in the meal I didnt want chips but they could have put an extra couple in its place ribs were small and mostly fatty bits wont be ordering from there again

Just under a three hour wait for food and for an item to be missing when its delivered have complained to scoffable

Food was cold on arrival, and missing items in the order, really dissatisfied and disappointed with this order.

Food was good but delivery time was absolutely shocking arrived 5 minutes before na daughters bed time

Delivery was fast. Curry sauce tasted weird. Ive been sick ever since I ate it. I used to love happy house but its put me off chinese all together now.

3 hours for delivery and nobody answering phones. Good however was lovely, fresh and piping hot.
