I ordered my food and the pick up time was 6:20pm. I never got my food until 6:35pm.

Food was below par, No separation between the pizza crunch and the chips so all the chips got stuck to the pizza and all the batter and cheese from the pizza got stuck to the box.

Was cold and greasy the chips were a bit squashed

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery... chip butty cold as was pizza worst ive had out of there

Everytime Ive been theyve never had any chips ready (its a chippy) so thought Id order in advance. Arrived at my collection time and had to wait 20 mins as they still had no chips ready 🤦🏽

Chicken was overcooked and hard.

Waited 2 hours on delivery. Was cold so was thrown out

Was given the order meanwhile I was given raw chicken that my son could have eaten due to lack of responsibility preparing it

Order placed at 19:39 and only received order at 21:10, food was cold.

2 hours for a delivery when the time of order initally said up to an hour.

The food was great however it took 1 hour and 15 mins and was pretty cold when it came

I regularly use hatley's chippy and have had no complaints. However on Tuesday l had fish cakes ( which are usually perfect ) but those ones fell to bits when l tried to cut them. Last night l had a mince pie and it was so hard l couldnt cut it.

Large chips seemed like a small portion compared to the amount of chips that come with a fish supper also the pakora didnt come with any sauce like it usually does.

Food lukewarm. Free food (Fritters) were not included as usual. Overall poor.

Had delivery today. Pizza was overcooked and bottles of cola l ordered weren't in delivery. They did send them out after l phoned but to be honest has happened on other occasions too.

Cold and burger could have been snapped in two it was so overcooked! No salt or vinegar on chips as requested or salad on burger as reqested. Afraid to say i will not be using again !! Nor will i recommend to anyone .

Not for the first time l didn't receive full order with delivery

Food cold. Hatelys never honour their promotions i.e (spend over £25 and get a free 2ltr juice and free potato fritters) even when you remind them when ordering. Very poor.

Hatleys give you the offer that you qualify for. How can you justify having spend £20 get free juice, spend £25 get free delivery. The juice costs £2.50 and my delivery is £1.80. How does it make sense, spend more and receive less?Also, aye, who would send chicken pakora but no sauce?

Asked for pink pakora sauce n got thee nippy stuff full Hoggie went in the bin 😢
