Not the best, a bit more than disappointing

didnt accept cash and didnt notify me about it when they accepted cash on app and i waited about over an hour just for them to call and say they didnt accept cash

The pizza was poor, made me ill 6 hrs later

My food was over cooked that ended up in the bin need to learn how to coom to a good standard i was ragin when i opened my dinner so thanks for a awful evening and experience

Waited 3hrs.. phoned and was told the order was cancelled.. they retracted that and said they have it and will send it in 20 mins.. one hour later i phone back.. to be pawned off with fake sorrys because the person on the other end of the phone couldn't get away quick enough and simply said "it's leaving now".. 36 mins later it finally arrives.. a decent place became a place i will never order from and will actively tell people never to order from there again.. beyond a joke

Ordered a munchie box. Specifically asked for mushroom pakora to be swapped over for something else, ignored, everything was rock solid like it had been out from this morning and the chips kept under a hot light and all soggy.

Pizza tasted funny and there was a piece of metal in the pakora. I have a picture with it

Me and my friend got a takeaway on the 19/04 and it was awful ive had from hot kebabs many times and never had any issues but this time was disgraceful! I had gotten chips n cheese and the cheese tasted off so i didnt eat them my friend had gotten chips cheese and beans also couldnt eat hers due to the cheese the chips we were gave also seemed off like they were old and had been reheated multiple times weve both been violently ill since then with what we think is food poisoning!!!!

Food was stone cold and inedible

Chicken wasnt cooked right or the chips they were white

Ordered spicy burger and chips when came chips were over cooked and the chicken i nearly broke my tooth phoned them he said you can get it free next time eh naw i want my dinner tonight

I found a wooden toothpick in the pizza

Both kebab didn't taste great and I have had diarrhea ever since

Delivery came almost an hour late and the pizza had next to no donnar on it and the chips were soggy as it theyd be sitting for a while.

Took so so long to come and no apology even after a phone call. It tasted pretty bland too most went in the bin. They need to up their game. The plus note was it was quite hot. I used to get many takeaways from here so not sure whats happened, have they new owners.

Yet AGAIN, stuff missing from order. Yes they do lovely food, but almost every order is missing something. When I phoned they offered to add it to my next order, REALLY!!!!!! I ordered online, so what I order is clear, but it makes no difference. So order online at your own risk.

Rock hard pitas that just crumbled to bits 🙄

Yet again something missing. It might only have been a bag if salad, BUT, its all the time with these guys. The food is nice, IF, they decide to send your complete order 🙄. I give up with this place. To add insult one of the chilli sauce tubs had burst all over EVERYTHING.

When a received my meal after the driver sitting in her car for like 10 mins I got my meal and it was cold now I feel horrible been up most off the night aswell

Salad vastly overpriced at £2 for less than a handful

Normally I use Hot kebabs through just eat However last time we received a nice 10% voucher to order this way, however no code or discount when applying this , really disappointing. The food is good , they seem to be pushing to order online this way Obviously as they are not being charged as much from just eat , the least they can do is honour what they are promoting!
