We felt the munchie box was over done on this occasion when usually the food is outstanding any other time.Hopefully next time itll be back to yummy standard :)

I ordered 10 mini veggie spring rolls but I got given 4 chicken balls instead. Wouldnt have been an issue but I dont like chicken

First ever negative review. Chips were hard like reheats and so were the chicken balls. Very, very disappointing as this is our favourite Chinese in bathgate. Order was just after 5pm so it looks like we got leftovers from the night before. This needs addressed or we will go elsewhere

Its supposed to be crispy noodles which I have had many times but it was served in the same dish as the sauce which made it just a chowmein - soggy noodle

Took ages to come orderd dush with no sea food for it to arrive with large prawns in it and food was cold

Waited over 2 hours for the food to arrive. When trying to contact the takeaway to chase this, the number was not recognised. Such a shame as the food when it turned up was lovely. The satay sauce was amazing.

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive when I tried to contact them to find out where my order was I couldn't get through it was like there phone was disconnected. Will not be ordering from them again

Told it would be delivered in an hour. Took an hour and a half. No answer to any of the phone calls made either to chase.

Over 2 hours late terrible service wont be using again 😡

Food was delicious as per however delivery eas the issue order placed at 4.20 fir delivery at 6.20 food didnt arrive till after 7 and utems were missing called and was told they wld take another hr to get re delivered attitude over the phone was terrbile was told i was lucky it was only 3hr tomorrow and wed wld be 5hrs and if im not happy to go else where really poor service

Came 40mins earlier than it was supposed to and just wasnt upto usual standard

Made an order at 18.04 didnt recieve it till 2 hours and 15 mins later even though it said be there in 50 mins

Sad to say this was a terrible experience tonight, usually this place is spot on for delivery but it was 1 hour 50 mins before i got my food on an estimated 50 min arrival time. I called the restaurant twice who were apologetic and explained they were busy which is fine. I was then called back by the manager to say keep the food and my money would be refunded. But the food was soggy, luke warm and the notion to eat had long gone by this point. I wish id refused delivery and insisted on a fresh order. Im really sorry but I wont be back after this occasion.

Chicken breast wasnt good chicken and curry no good either not tasty and fried rice no good basically boiled with no authenticity as the curry/rice makes or breaks it... Chips decent, noodles no bad but no great. Over rated on scoffable. Worth a bash tho thanks anyway

This order fell way below your previous quality. Chips were reheats, Tom Yum soup was mediocre, Salt and Pepper Chicken was dry and lacked fresh ingredients, Sweet and sour chicken was not same as previous orders. Disappointed

Food was disgusting. All went into the bin, had to complain via scoffable
