I ordered one thing, it took almost 3 hours to come, after saying it would only take an hour

Beef curry - beef was very chewy. Ribs - meat was very chewy too. Very average

Worse meal ever from any takeaway in the Bathgate area. The spring rolls had bean sprouts that were old and grey tasted disgusting . Delivery charge very expensive and to add insult to injury an extra service charge for what I dont know.

Food took 5 hours to be delivered. Called and spoke to someone 3 times each time to be told that it would be with me in 15 mins. First lady I spoke with was at least apologetic however during the last call i was asked if I still wanted it as they stop taking new orders after 10pm. I ordered at 5.30pm. They clearly lied about the food getting prepared. Once fair enough but to have to call 3 times and be told the same thing is ridiculous.

we ordered from Hui En in bathgate and waited two hours then phoned to see where our order was to be told will be made soon.we informed them we wanted to speak to manager for her to say i will ask him now then continued to type on computer without saying a word then she said ok bye. we said thought you were taking to manager she said just checked said be soon told her to cancel it as was not even started cooking it yet after two hours then said would be making a complaint and she hung up on usThis is absolutely shocking customer service and will be complaining and I think this is unbelievable to phone to find out after two hours they haven't even been started to cook then to be spoken to that on the phone and be hung up on is ridiculous way to speak to a customer

Normally rave about Hui En, however my expected time was already 1hr 50, then it took over 2 and a half hours and was cold when it arrived.

Did not get delivered!! Very disappointed 😢

Chicken balls were dry and bbq sauce over salted.

I placed my order at 5.30pm and was told 1 hour 50 mins. I called at 7.30pm and was told it was on its way and would be 15 mins. My partner then called back at 8pm and was told it would be leaving the shop soon. He then questioned why I was told 30 minutes before it had already left. They could not answer. Said they would ask the driver to deliver it now. And my delivery finally came at 8.15. Nearly 3 hours after I originally ordered. It wasnt very hot but we were starving so didnt want to turn it away.

Did not arrive even after a phone call

Thai green curry ok, ordered a char sui curry...got beef curry, beef quality not the best , curry sauce a bit thin ...salt n pepper chips good prawn crackers quite hard.Will try again though as its usually better than this.

Curry sauce tasted far too sweet and noodles were too greasy not there normal

Asked for no veg or onions on 2 separate orders and both times it was ignored
