Chips were like rubber, everytime we get a chinese from here its great one time and rotten the next, no consistency. Time to change i think!!

Excellent food and quick delivery. HOWEVER, I had to involve scoffable to help me deal with a short change issue. Hui En sent me three 330ml cans of irn bru instead of the 2 litre bottle I had paid for. Despite three calls to Hui En to resolve the issue by requesting they send out another three cans, I was told by the man in the shop that 'sorry, that's not how it works, we sent out three cans at £1 each so you had 50p extra' and that this was due to his supplier not giving him the bottles of juice. I explained that the cost onus would lie with the shop and not with the customer. The customer should be given the equivalent of what they had paid to receive, not less. I was hung up on twice. The third time I called, my number was diverted straight to an engaged tone. This seems petty on my side but it is not the first time Hui En has tried this with me. I was given four cans the last time I had ordered a 2 litre bottle of juice and had just put it down to a one off. I am very grateful to Glen at scoffable for the prompt response and refund given from scoffable not Hui En, as Hui En stand by their explanation and told scoffable all other customers in the same situation were happy with the substitute given. Scoffable have removed the 2 litre option due to Hui En's incompetency in the matter. Hui En, I suggest you have a read over the sale of goods act 1979, section 13, before you land yourselves in a lot of trouble. You cannot deliberately give the customer less than they have paid for.

Rice stoggie sauce spoils taste. Chicken chewy

Sooo disappointed tonight I'm a regular customer always ordering same thing, so thought I would try something different.. Big mistake spring rolls salty beef curry bland rice soggy.. Not happy can't afford to waste money like this.. Was regular customer!!

I asked for ham chow mein and got fried rice with ham.

Lemon Chicken was far too bitter. Inedible. Prawn crackers lost their crispness aswell which made them also inedible. Worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had.

Used this place during the first lockdown when my usual Chinese was closed and it was great however order one last night and was really disappointed with it.

As regular customers we like the food here, but sadly the organisation for home delivery is fatally flawed. They need to make a decision to suspend new orders on the night till they are back on top of the backlog. A wait of over an hour and a half or longer is now not uncommon (I acknowledge this is Boxing Day but the last couple of times were outside the festive busy time) but to make things worse when the food arrived it was lukewarm at best having been prepared long before the delivery. Cold soggy chips not nice. Sadly after giving them the benefit of the doubt twice before we will call it a day. I wish them well in sorting out their issue as for the future.

I placed my order at 16:30 and it never turned up. I phoned and eventually got a answer at 21:22 and when I asked about my order they said there not delivering it. Ive order from here for years but it only takes one big mistake and theyve lost a costumer

Dont try and contact directly if any issues - blatantly lied telling us order on its way - order was nearly 2 hours late!!!!

Waited 3 hours for my food.

Been waiting over 3 hrs for delivery, i understand its christmas eve have swirched their phones off, its now 21.50 and we still havent had dinner. Im not happy.

26 calls to the restaurant, eventually got through and was told that the food would be 10 mins away, this was 3 hours after it was meant to be here. Even after being told 10 mins it is 40 mins, so 3hours 40 mins and still not here. Scoffable arent much better. Everyone will take your money but they wont help you or get your food to you.

Sweet and sour Chicken dish ordered - many of the chicen pieces tasted awful, defo re-heated. Tough and not tasty. Was not impressed, last time we will use.

Food was soggy and lukewarm when it eventually arrived, delivery took forever and had to call twice. Not great for the first time

The meal was way to salty

We've eaten from here 5 times and always ordered the same things. Chicken maryland and chicken and pineapple. The first 3 times were delicious the 4th time the chicken tasted off. We hadn't ordered for a while but gave them another go since the first 3 times were excellent but unfortunately the chicken in the Maryland was again completely unedible. Tasted way off, I fear if we had eaten it we would've been ill! Sorry to say we won't be back.

The chicken was awful. It was tough and tasted really cheap and nasty. I wont be going there again

Had food from here before and have to say never had a problem,got a munchy box tonight and felt the chips were undercooked and the chicken balls were soggy,also far too much chopped onions in the box.
