Delivery was over time slot by 20min. Despite the update saying it would be 1hr. Called them & no apology but saying it was out.

Quite greasy and not what I was expecting. Sweet and sour sauce was spicy which was unusual

Chicken n mushroom : chicken was like rubber, rice was like mush and gravy was like water. Carrotts were raw and why carrotts and why raw spring onions? Chips were okay tho

Food was cold and didn't arrive till 1140

Took over 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery. Phoned after an hour to be told that my food was ready but just waiting on a driver. Another 30 mins before the food arrived. It wasnt hot and didnt taste as good as previous times Ive ordered. Not impressed with service tonight

Had to call as was extremely late and came cold. The spring rolls were extremely over done and the chicken was like rubber. Not happy. Wont return

Delivery came within 25 min min what i thought was good untill i opened it and had 2 fried rice missing so i phone up and said about my missing rice the lady said it should be there within 10 min so half a hour went past still no rice so i phoned back to get told it will be there any minute now another half hour went past and thats when my rice came i would say atleast the food was good but i had to microwave my curry to get abit heat in it and the chips just went to complete waste

Food was good order was wrong

We used to order here about a year ago and we got a order yesterday and first of all we got given the wrong order and I phoned up to tell them it was the wrong order and the lady didnt understand what I was saying and had to repeat myself 3 times for her to understand what I was saying to her, then we received the order we got salt and chilli chips and they where soggy and wasnt spicy at all! The fried rice also tasted off. Wont be ordering again

Onion rings were not crispy chips were soggy rice had no taste and the meat was dry

Chips soggy and chicken batter soggy. Bags ripped as the were so wet with the amount of time they had been sitting before being delivered

The order was two hours late and also incorrect as I ordered salt and chilli chips but it was just a portion of normal chips that arrived and same with the salt and chilli chicken it was just plain chicken

Order was very late. No taste to the curry.

I asked for less chicken in the curries..got the opposit..stacks..this is several times now and so im considering going elswhere

Took over an hour, got the order wrong, ordered chicken chow mein and rice ended up with chicken fried rice and rice. My partner got plain chow mein and it was freezing

I wont be back. Tonight i found 2 pieces of chicken in my chips and curry. Three weeks ago i found a cheese slice wrapper in one of my shredded chicken and cheese rolls. I didnt want to complain, but i am livid. I had to put my whole order in the bin again. I will be trying somewhere else. Thanks

First order a got was today worst food av ever had chips where green black defo last night food. Rubber rice in forgot half my order.... 😡
