New owners food not as good as last owners. New chegs are rubbish

Found a hour in my meal

Cold, greasy and overall not good. Even the fried rice was tasteless

Terrible microwaved food. Laughable service delivered at a snails pace. Would rather have a bowl of cereal.

Undercooked and disgusting

Very dry special fried not any sauce on special chow mein and i would have been as well as getting normal chips instead of salt and chilli

Waited 3 hours for my order and phoned them to ask where it was and they said it had been delivered when it didnt

Got munchy box asked for little salt and it was poisoned. Couldn't eat it. It was that salty. Went in the bin

Ordered as soon as they opened, food arrived quickly and warm but the food was awful. Spring rolls mostly beansprouts, all food was really greasy and although myself and husband had 2 different chicken dishes both of us have been feeling sick since eating here. Never again.

Im a regular customer. No complaint about the food, but my last 3 orders have stated No char sui pork. Despite saying this, i have received it in my meal. I cannot eat Char sui pork. Not happy. Also, chicken curry only had 7 small pieces of chicken in it. Please read customer notes.Thanks

Although the food took 3 hours to arrive, it was good when it it here.

Took 3 hours for my food to arrive, it was cold, jellified and arrived at 12:30am when I ordered it at 9:30pm, had to go to bed so didnt even get to have it, my partner didnt want to eat it either.

Ordered at 8:30pm, tried calling from 10pm ownwards to chase up delivery. Their phone was taken off the hook. Contracted Scoffable and they couldn't get through either. Recieved a call 00:08 to say my delivery was on the way, however we were already in bed! I understand that the takeaway would have been busy but a courtesy call from them earlier on from them to explain would have been acceptable. However waiting almost 4 hours with no updates was unacceptable. I refused the delivery as we were already in bed. I request a full refund for my order last night. Thank you.

I was supposed to get a salt and pepper munchie box paid 17 last night and they had put sugar on it instead of salt binned waste of money

Food was ordered at 19:00. Was advised delivery within 50 minutes, but we were prepared to allow more considering the current COVID-19 lock-down.Called after an hour and a quarter, struggled to be understood by person on phone (I'm a well-spoken Scots person), but was eventually told food was on it's way.After a further 35 minutes, called again and was told should be very close now.We decided to give it until the two-hour point, then cancel. Food arrived just before two hours.Food was barely hot, sauces cooled down and congealed, chips and starters dried out and "cardboardy".Plus, they didn't deliver one of the bottles of drink we ordered. Replacement was delivered quickly, but we gave up on the terrible food, each of us ate perhaps a quarter of our meals.Terrible, terrible, service. If they had said it could be two hours at first we could have ordered elsewhere.My advice is to avoid. We will never give Hui En in Bathgate a second chance.

Food was missing had to wait on it coming an extra hour so had to re hear all the food

Food was late. Couldn't get through on the phone to find out where the delivery was. Opening times kept changing on the app. Food was so salty.

Food was tasty but stone cold

Ordered here 3 times now. First time brilliant. Other 2 wrong orders. Ordered online so how can it be wrong when its literally written down for you!

Food was cold and soggy. Had no taste and the chicken was greasy

Food took 2 hours to arrive. Was luke warm at best when it did arrive also. Such a shame because the food was really nice, under the current circumstances we are in it is understandable the food might be later than expected, but theres no excuse to be sending out food that isnt warm and fresh.
