Waited for 2 hours for delivery and the food was freezing cold when it arrived. Really disappointed.

Order placed at 7.23pm, received at 9.53.. Not what I was expecting.. Ordered Steak. (which states comes with onions, mushroom, tomato, chips). Cooking preference, well done, it was PINK!!! Delivery consisted of 1 tub with undercooked steak, raw onions, 2 halved mushroom... NO chips, No tomato. NOT A MEAL!!! No point trying to complain, they don't answer the phone!!!

The meals were cold and over cooked. The curry sauce was so thick I could have painted my walls with it. Most of it went in the bin and I'm not happy but I cant say anything as I cant get a hold of them. It took 2hrs 49 monutes to come and i tried to call 160 times only to be told they disconnected the line to catch up on orders!! £30 in the bin literally!!

Chips were nasty, won ton came with no sauce and most basic chicken Maryland ever!

It took 2 hours to get to us and the crispy noodles were chewy.

The food was really cold not even warm. Would not recommend ordering from this place.

I am very disappointed with this Chinese. I waited 2 hours 20 minutes for my order to arrive. When I eventually spoke to them on the phone they advised they had only 3 drivers and were busy. They said it would take 1 hour 30 mins for delievery. By that point it had already been an hour and 30 mins so I appreciated due to covid 19 it would be busy. I edited an other half hour and that took me to 2 hours. I phoned again and they said my order was on way when they did not know who I was or my order. When I challenged back on this they took my details and said they would call me back and hung up. I was a little confused as to why they wanted to phone me back.... I tried phoning back and line was busy. I eventually got my food which was COLD! The curry sauce was thick and lumpy as it was so cold. The food was frozen and I attempted to heat in the microwave but it was just disgusting. The worst Chinese Ive ever had sadly. Very disappointed , would never order again.

Ordered at 18.38, called them at 20.05 for an ETA, it was en route. 20.24 an incorrect order arrived. One dish plus prawn crackers arrived, i had ordered for 3 people (About £30 worth). Driver was polite and went away to get my correct order. This arrived an hour later at 21.20. The order that arrived was not correct either(sweet chilli chicken instead of sweet and sour chicken), some of the items were warm, some hot and the "free" spring rolls would have been warmer sitting on a radiator for 5 minutes. I will now avoid like the Coronavirus!!!

Not great, beef in curry was a bit chewy, char Sui fried rice was very boring, the Singapore rice noodles was awful, left the whole thing

Appreciate you had a busy night but 2 & a half hours wait for an order is too much & to not even get an apology from the person delivering the food? Also couldnt get through on the phone at all :/

After a week from hell working in local GP practice Waited 3 hours tried 87 times to call for estimated time only to be told they never received my order despite a confirmation e- mail and money taken from my account

Im sorry but we have waited almost 3 hours for our order, when eventually been delivered at 22:40 for was almost cold, chips were soggy of the time being in the box. There was no information from restaurant/takeaway side about estimated delivery time which should be mandatory. Does food was good? Was cold so didnt taste good.
