The prawns were soggy and tasteless, like they'd been defrosted in water. The oyster sauce and soup were also bland.

Found a sliver of metal in my chicken fried rice. Phoned to complain to be told they have no metal in their kitchen. Escalated to scoffable as they dont appear to care.

My order arrived a full 30 mins before requested time, I explained this to the delivery man who just said sorry. The food had to go in the oven till the rest of the family got home. The food was still good apart from missing prawn crackers which was disappointing. This is the first time I have had to leave a negative review for Hui En.
