The chips were soggy, the chicken was tough, and batter falling off it. The sweet and sour sauce was ok. But wont be eating from there again

An hour late. Bland food

I issued a complaint as driver was very odd and intimidating also claimed he couldnt find my house the food was cold and the tub of sauce squashed flat and burst I sent a complaint via Scoffable to then have the Resturant call me saying I can have another chips and curry sauce if I go and collect it! I said no she then said did I want it delivered no I dont want any of your food or your strange driver at my door again all I got was oh sorry that was it I will never ever order again disgusting customer service.

Ordered from here last night Im now in bed with definite food poisoning food was off and was cold disgusting

Rice was over boiled then fried and quite mushy

Rice was all soggy and formed together. Chips very under cooked. Only thing nice was curry sauce. Dinner went straight in the bin

Took ages to be delivered and the food was horrendous

Food wasnt up to standard. Wasnt tasty enough for us as it was plain and bland. Its not for us and we wont be ordering again.

The rice was mushy and sticky in my prawn fried rice. The won tons had no flavour whatsoever. Disappointed!

Always use this place for our food But for some fessing tonights was not very good

Shocking customer service payed for my order sent it to wrong address no refund or even a apology terrible!!!!

Chicken curry was watery and tasteless with dry chicken and crunchy raw onions. Salt and pepper chips in batter were wet and soggy. We also found chicken in our vegetarian dish. They said they would give us a refund for the vegetarian dish which we are still waiting for

Ordered beef and mushroom , received beef with bamboo shoot and onion , no flavour , disappointing

Time took to deliver was well over the hour n a half quoted i understand its pay weekend and places will be busier but nearly two hours to deliver when its only 10 mins up the road if a didnt have the wain a could have walked up to get it and got home with it quicker delivery driver couldn't have been anymore apologetic when he came though which was nice but he shouldn't have to apologise for something out of his control

Curry was all over bag and other food

The prawns were soggy and tasteless, like they'd been defrosted in water. The oyster sauce and soup were also bland.

Found a sliver of metal in my chicken fried rice. Phoned to complain to be told they have no metal in their kitchen. Escalated to scoffable as they dont appear to care.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, beef was chewy and the salt and pepper chicken wings were soggy.
