Ohhh my called few times regarding order straight 9nto answer machine.. Went through scoffable cust service absolute joke... Willb100% not ordering again no out come regarding order (awful)

I paid £16:20 for what was supposed to be king prawn satay. More like shrimp satay, the egg fried rice was just fried rice, disgusting, and was that spicy me and my wife couldnt eat it , it was mega spice. The prawn toast was amazing 10/10 outstanding HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The fact that I feel robbed of £16.20 personally would say it was worth more than £4 . Wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone, AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible service tonight. Firstly ordered for 18:40. Food arrived at 18:00, I was not home, and received a call from driver asking where I was. Advised of timings and he apologised and said they would return later. Returned with order at 19:00 which is fine, but was missing an item. Contacted restaurant who advised they would resend it. 1.5hrs later nothing received. Contacted AGAIN asking for refund for the item, was not believed! A female delivery driver was on the other end of the phone adamant she had met me at the door and I said thanks. This is wholly incorrect as there was no second (well, third!) delivery ever received. In any case I am currently isolating with covid so I would not have gone to the door - it was my husband who answered the first and only time, and it was to a male driver. Guy on the phone clearly did not believe me that someone else has obviously happily accepted our food, and simply told me to contact scoffable to raise a complaint/ refund. Terrible customer service, will not be back!

I've ordered from here before with no problems, tonight the food was inedible, noodles tasted like a bin, chips were soggy and greasy, everything was cold, rice was hard, just tasting a tiny big left me feeling ill and I still, three hours later, have a horrible taste in my mouth from this. The manager was rude when I phoned and said I at half (the driver collected it back) when I literally had a small mouthful of each dish and within 5 minutes of getting it I phoned to complain! Scoffable have been informed.

Food was cold greasy and unpleasant, the chicken was chewy and when complained was basically told that the food was fine

Ordered king prawn fried rice and got a soupy, super soft white rice with curry sauce and 7 boiled unsalted shrimps on top. (NOT FRIED )I called the place and The receptionist had me waiting for a while to after tell me that they checked the order and that the chef said that the dish was like that. Morethen they asked me to take the product to the shop for a check and to see if they acept a change. HA Ha Ha ! I called scoffable and asked for a refund. (£5.60) Even sent an email with a photo of the disgusting dish I recieved. Had the same dish before from the same place and loved it but with this service , never again. !

We ordered at 8pm and given an hour estimate. Called at 9.05pm but food was still in the kitchen and waiting on the driver. Called back at 9.10pm to say we would just pick up. Advised by takeaway that the driver had arrived and would deliver. Food arrived at 9.35pm. The food tasted nice but was just warm and the rice had clumped together like it had been sitting a while. Unfortunately had a similar experience with this takeaway a while ago and hoped it had been a one off previously, but unfortunately same happened again. Would not use again.

Food was terrible, 2.5 hours for delivery

Chips were cold and stale. Curry was tasteless and watery. Rice was stodgy and cold and spring roll was just full of bean sprouts and was soggy. Usually its a good meal but safe to say we wont be back.

Missed items of my order.

The chicken fried rice was more like boiled rice with chicken and gravy. Nothing at all like the chicken fried rice i get from the other chinese places in town. Disappointing.

Wrong order and food that was delivered was not great. Do a dry fried rice dish please!

Chips and spring rolls were very soggy, curry sauce and rice had a powdery texture to it. Not the best food Ive had from here unfortunately.

Ordered from here last minute, extremely quick delivery. Ordered chicken and mushroom soup- NEVER AGAIN 🤢 as soon as it was opened all you could smell was cooking oil one taste yep oil! Hardly any mushrooms or chicken- waste of money down the toilet! Prawn cocktail loads of sauce as requested, think they forgot to put some prawns in as hardly any in. Lettuce didnt appear as fresh as it could, brown bits in the bin with this too! The can of cola was delivered no issue and was the best bit of the whole takeaway. So disappointed with this order, will NOT be ordering from here again, no pride in their food! Waste of money! Only thing positive about the place- quick delivery and the can of juice!
