The chicken was awful. It was tough and tasted really cheap and nasty. I wont be going there again

Had food from here before and have to say never had a problem,got a munchy box tonight and felt the chips were undercooked and the chicken balls were soggy,also far too much chopped onions in the box.

I waited three hrs for delivery called four times , and kept saying its on its way ?? Then when it came was wrong order , note to your self do not put one hr delivery when you clearly cant do it ... very angry not happy at all . No call to say sorry or a refund will NOT order there again disgusted........

Very quick delivery for a Sunday evening. Some good options for vegans, was surprised to see tofu on the menu as not many places in Bathgate have this, and its texture was perfect.

The food was very good, but the delivery was really bad we were given an estimated time of delivery of one hour this extended to one hour and forty five minutes subsequently the meal was cool and had to be microwaved to be edible. I know this is due to the extra demand on takeaways at this time. Maybe the food could have been prepared nearer the delivery time or a container with heating could have been used for delivery.

Food quality was excellent again......pity that it takes far too long to deliver, but worth the wait. Gus

Delivery was a little slow, black bean curry was tasty enough but felt the rice was a little under cooked, was also ment to be egg fried rice but there was zero egg in it. It was forgettable and will try elsewhere next time.

Placed order at 6.30 and called at 8, was then told order had left ages ago and should be with us shortly. Then waited until and tried to call again - line was always engaged. Ended up driving to the shop and the order hadnt even been made yet!!! So disappointed and to then get home and not had correct order. So paid for a delivery and had to collect and order was incorrect. Never ordering from them again!!

Waited nearly 2 hours for my order. If i didn't call the takeaway probably won't have got my order.

50 mins late, half of order missing. Never going to order from them again.
