Good cold and wrong items

Beef was to thick and chewy The curry was also watery

Absolutely disgusting chips were hard or slimy beef was hard and chewy ! Not impressed as I was Tuesday night that food was good. Dont think Ill b back 👎

The curry sauce was far too spicy ruined our full meal really disappointed

Started off fine, the food was decent, came quickly, but a few hours after eating the food I started to become very ill, and I was in extreme discomfort with a feeling on nausea and bad stomach cramps, and I have ended up being sick. Will not be ordering from here again.

Can understand the 2 plus over wait but when the food arrived it was freezing

The delivery never turned up. Tried to contact the restaurant but just kept going straight to voicemail. Absolutely terrible customer experience, would never order from here again!

Ordered chicken n black bean sauce without peppers n got beef n black bean sauce with peppers this went in the bin, also ordered sweet n sour chicken balls n got no chicken balks but a tub of what smelt like satay sauce thats after waiting nearly 3 hours tried phoning them but they have switched phone of n going to voicemail looking for a refund

3.5 hour wait, and still not received, told 20 minutes time after time. All the while it was advertised on scoffable as being 45mins. Wont be buying from here again

Never received my order after 3 hrs of waiting

Hasnt arrived yet, ordered at 6 oclock. Its half past 9

I spent £15 tonight for a duck and it came with no pancakes, the food was cold and I tried to ring several times and couldnt get through. Im really disappointed. I never leave feedback good or bad. This time I have to Im so disappointed. I wasted my hard earned money on that disgusting cold food. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Over 2 hours for delivery and when food arrived it was stone cold most went in the bin

3 hours + after ordering, finally received it, won't be back

I have been going to this Chinese for two years food has always been perfect however tonight my soup arrived burst and everything in the bag was soggy and wet I called and spoke to the manager who kept me on hold for six mins to find the driver before hanging up on me. He did eventually agree to send the order again which I had to wait another 50 mins for after already waiting an hour for the first order. Safe to say I wont be ordering again after the rude managers attitude the driver was lovely and very polite tho.

Could have been cooked a bit longer some bits were still raw

Chowmain was over cooked soft and soggy praun crackers were stail went in the bin waste of money

Our dinner was disgusting our noodles were thick and tasted rotten the duck was tough was hardly any chicken or mushroom in the soup curry sauce you could have cut a slice and we waited almost 2hours for this meal terrible

Soup emptied in my bag ruining the rest of the food. Called the restaurant who kept asking me if it was like that when it got delivered, then asking what do you want us to do? I asked for another order the exact same, which did arrive with no hassles. The restaurant also wanted the first order back for some reason. However the soup was bland and there was no sauce with the won tons. Very disappointed
