The beef was like chewing leather

Beef in the curry was full of fat chips where cold onions where not cooked

The food delivery was overdue and the food was all cold. I returned all the food to the driver. I request a refund

I got chicken chow mein and chicken and cheese spring rolls and it was absolutely disgusting it all went in the bin even my 3 year old wouldn't eat it and he's not a fussy eater so i won't recommend it to anyone ep

Beef was extremely tough, ate rest of food but left beef to side

They never arrived with my order after 2 hours and the place closed with out even a call. Just awfull.

Spring rolls were soggy, the ham in the fried rice was chewy hard and disgusting

Food was not what we prdered it was cold and soggy

I regularly order from Hui En but unfortunately tonight was the last time. I found 3 small bits of glass in my chicken fried rice, or rather crunched on the bits of glass. I immediately spat it out thinking I had cracked a tooth. When I phoned Hui En directly the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive repeatedly saying "we don't use any glass in the kitchen" then abruptly asked "well what do you want?" I asked for my money back and was told to contact Scoffable for a refund without an apology. The rest of the food went straight in the bin - terrible customer service!

I have been a regular customer for a long time now and raved about the quality & consistency to friends and family however recently something has changed. Im not sure if its a chef thing or change of food supplies but for the second time Ive had a bad meal. The chicken chow mien was dry, stodgy and had a strange taste, I only ate half of it and was unwell 3hrs later! Such a shame, especially since it was always consistently delicious food before 👎

So disappointed the meal was nearly 2 hours late. The food was cold £28 spent and the dogs got it Wont be back. Chips were greasy Obviously been lying in the back of a car for quite a whileDont rate this takeaway outlet at all. Waste of money.

Special curry was tasteless and the meat was dry in all three dishes,after telling friends how good the food was last time I was left disappointed and embarrassed with the quality of the food I served up to my guests

Disgusting! Tough beef just put onto of noodles.. Had to put in bin.. Crispy won ton tasteless and soggy.. Also went in bin.. Waste of my money

The rice was so overcooked and stodgy you could not eat it and the chips were soggy and half cooked. I must say that it is the worst meal from here and has put me of using again.
