2 hours for food Salt and pepper chips disgusting Overpriced for what it is

Forgot to give us the sweet & sour sauce for the chicken balls and everything could have been hotter but in the current climate that can be forgiven. Were told about 2 hour wait and delivered in 90 minutes. All in all very tasty.

Appreciate you had a busy night but 2 & a half hours wait for an order is too much & to not even get an apology from the person delivering the food? Also couldnt get through on the phone at all :/

Food was really tasty and the special instructions I added to my order were followed exactly as asked. Very yummy!

After a week from hell working in local GP practice Waited 3 hours tried 87 times to call for estimated time only to be told they never received my order despite a confirmation e- mail and money taken from my account

Im sorry but we have waited almost 3 hours for our order, when eventually been delivered at 22:40 for was almost cold, chips were soggy of the time being in the box. There was no information from restaurant/takeaway side about estimated delivery time which should be mandatory. Does food was good? Was cold so didnt taste good.

Three hours for delivery and food was cold!

Ordered at 16:53 (confirmation email received). Waited an hour, nothing. Attempted to phone, constantly engaged. Contacted Scoffable, they gave us a voucher for the delay (they couldn't get through either). Finally gave in and attended at the shop at 20:40, they denied ever having the order. I asked if they could do it now, no, just contact Scoffable to get a refund! Turns out the phone is off the hook! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOU'D AVOID COVID-19. We'll never be back. Always use New 2Good on Whitburn Road, food has always been perfect 👍
