Waited over 2 hours for cookie dough and sweets, think i'll stick to 'shakes and cakes to go in bathgate.

Didn’t get informed what I was asking for wasn’t available anymore, some products and items weren’t exactly what I ordered

Half the order missing

Unfortunately had to wait over two and a half hours for this delivery. Compensated with an extra natchos however didn’t receive the raspberry sauce requested on ice creams so order was also wrong. Over all not the best experience but likely use them again

This order took over three hours to come even though we got a warning the order would take 1 hour 50 mins and when it came items were missed or never got what asked for. The warm items were very cold. Will NEVER order from this place again

Not very good. Arrived 40 mins after the time I selected for delivery, bubble waffle supposed to be dusted with icing sugar but was just completely plan. Disappointing

Did not arrive and shop would not answer the phone even though we tried countless times. We were told 2 hours for delivery and that was ridiculous enough but to not even receive it with no explanation is beyond a joke. Now we have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money. This place is a shambles

Ive just recived my order after a 2 and a half hour wait with 2 tango ice blast missing, all the topping missing and melted ice cream? I've tried to contact before the shop closed and it's being ignored. Can someone get back to me?

Order was late and completely wrong and staff were rude

Order arrived 2 hours after it was placed and then my ice cream was melted all over the bag and also missing stuff from order.

My order didn’t come till 5 past 10 pm when we ordered at 8 pm and when it arrived it was wrong the bubble waffle was ment to have strawberry marshmallows and Nuttela sauce it arrived with banana strawberry sauce no marshmallows my daughter was disappointed my ice cream was what I ordered but very small scoops than what it used to be .

Only positive feedback is that the manager herself fixed the order after an hour and a half bloody waiting for 2 milkshakes and 3 small tubs of ice scream, not been happy with the service recently at all, feels like they are just being complacent. Multiple orders been messed up recently and things getting changed in the order without consulting me asking if they are suitble

Good good but it took ages to come (much longer than said) and was cold by the time it arrived. If it had been vaguely warm it would have been okay! I enjoyed the experience just would have preferred to be told a more accurate delivery time as I may not have bothered
