Good good but it took ages to come (much longer than said) and was cold by the time it arrived. If it had been vaguely warm it would have been okay! I enjoyed the experience just would have preferred to be told a more accurate delivery time as I may not have bothered

It took 2 hours to arrive, we didn’t even get the sweets we asked for you just sent us other ones- not acceptable, our tango ice blasts were melted and we asked for mixed ones and they didn’t have any blue in them it was all red, it’s just not an acceptable service, how hard is it to pour some juice and put sweets in a bag?

Unfortunate we are really disappointed with our order from I-candy, it took way to long for the delivery that I had to call them 30 mins after the delivery time that we were given, and when I called I was told our order was just leaving the shop which should have taken 10 mins max. Instead we had to wait almost 35 mins then when we did get our order our waffles were freezing. That’s the last couple of time that we have ordered from I-Candy and I think it will be the last. So not happy

Almost always get a phone call to say they don’t have a certain item.

Ordered at 9.08pm got an email to say it would be 1hr 10mins. Which would make it 10.20pm roughly. 11pm still nothing. I tried phoning 4 times between 1030-11pm no answer. So I waited 2 hours for nothing as I never got my order. Will not be back.

Costumer service is horrendous and order is mixed up all the time waste of money

Great tastes! Only problem is that sometimes they’ll run out of stock, however someone always phoned up and offers an alternative.

Ordered at 21:45 and got the order at 23:20... food was cold and hard and the order was wrong, I’ve blasts were half full. They charge for the food then charge you for the topping extra for the topping... such as a crepe... who orders plain dry crepes? Why charge for the topping?

Waited an hour for our delivery. When it finally arrived items were stone cold. Ice cream also tasted strange. Would not order from here again

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Icandy as I had to wait 2 hours for two milkshakes and a piece of cake. I phoned once to be told my order was on its way, then proceeded to wait ages then I phoned a second time to be told the driver had dropped our milkshakes and had to go back to get new ones. When the order eventually arrived the driver claimed that the order only had a piece of cake and no milkshakes so he had to go back. This isn’t the first time I have waited at least an hour for a delivery from Icandy.
