Nice fresh speedy delivery

1st time ordering but I have to say that it was a relatively quick delivery the only complaint with the food order was that there wasn't any lemon sauce for the lemon chicken... Other than that the food was nice

Never had to leave a bad review of jade palace but tonight was bad. We ordered honey bbq shredded chicken, sweet n sour chicken balls, fried rice & chips. Delivery time was as expected & friendly. The food was very, very poor & majority went straight in the bin. The chips were soggy and sweaty, the chicken balls were the same, all the batter stuck to the paper bag and they were limp and soggy and the bag covered in grease. The honey bbq shredded chicken sauce was nice as was the veg in it, but the chicken was gloopy, soggy, spongy and almost cold on arrival in the middle of the dish. The fried rice was anaemic and had no flavour. We wont be ordering from here again.
