Delivery was estimated 1hour and 30mins yet took over 2 hours and 20minutes then once delivered our order was wrong and someone was left without food there was no way we were waiting another 2 hours for it to be rectified had we been told it would have taken that long we would have collected.

Was told an hour and twenty minutes. 2.5 hours later still nothing. Called and said it was next to be out in 40 minute. Said I would just come and get it and then told it wasnt even ready. Had to go collect myself and my del money wasnt refunded

Needs new staff the women are unbelievably rude directly swore at me for being nearly 3 hours on a delivery 2mins down road from the shop had to go and collect shocking shouldnt be on scoffable if cant handle the orders

Ordered a beef curry with no onions or vegetables due to allergies. The shop confirmed the order and deliver would be 1.5hours. 2 hours later it arrived and was laced with onions. Called and spoke to a girl who apologised and confirmed she would get a new order out that at 8.50pm. I then had to call back at 10.07pm to be advised that the shop was shut and this time it was a man I spoke with who had no remorse but desperate to get me off the phone. Absolute disgrace I paid for something and didnt get the product ordered with no remorse - pure theft! Will not be ordering from this establishment again!

Food was very salty and the time we waited on this was terrible 2 hours amd 10 mins

Worst chinese we had. Almost 2 hours to deliver, cold and bland. Sweet and sour sauce wasnt even half full

Waited nearly an hour and a half to be told they were heaving and my food would be cooked now they found my ticket. Just told them to cancel it.

After calling Jade palace 3 times it took 2 hours for my delivery to arrive they explained that someone took my delivery. But surely there delivery driver should check addresses correctly?? Maybe needing to get new drivers??

Ordered a European dish tonight, roast chicken breast. What arrived was not as I expected ie roast chicken breast in a chicken gravy. What I got was roast chicken breast but it was a soo saturated with onion chunks in a bbq sauce. Very disappointing, there was no mention of onions or bbq sauce in the description. Traditionally in the past roast chicken breast is in a chicken gravy maybe accompanied with garden peas certainly not onions. This was very disappointing and put me off the meal completely, wont order this again. Disappointing.

Been using this take away a bit recently and food is usually good but today I ordered a Char Sui chow mein and the Char Sui was dried out and not edible,

Chicken chow mein had a few huge pieces of chicken rather than lots of smaller bits.Honey and bbq chicken is very spicy, far too spicy to eat

2hrs and 15mins for a delivery from a restaurant which is an 8 minute drive away, lass on phone laughing about it and how busy they were dont care how busy somewhere is those wait times are shocking

I have been getting deliveries from here for a few months and never had an issue until last Saturday. I ordered through Scoffable and was given an estimated time of 1.5 hours. After 2 hours I called to ask the status of my delivery and was told the driver had just left. Another 30 mins passed and I called again, only to be told the driver had just left, it was 9:30pm at this point. I questioned why I was lied to 30 mins previously. Long story short I asked for a refund. The driver turned up 10 mins later and I told him I had already cancelled. He apologised and said they were a driver short. Just be honest from the start.
