Chop suey was full of broccoli, it was disgusting

Didnt get all of my order

Absolutely no taste and I found a hair in my food will never use them again

Ordered at 6:18 expected delivery 7:30, phoned at 8pm and told it was just getting made and would be out in 10 minutes, phoned again at 8:45 finally received at 9:10 pm. To add insult to injury I received the beef curry part of the order which consisted of only beef and curry sauce no onions!!! will not be ordering again!

The food was not fresh and most off it wasnt hot enough the dumplings were still cold in the middle will not order from hear again. Dont recommend itShame was nice when it first opened.

Waited 2 and a half hours for my "fast food" and i live about 15 minutes away from the shop. Wont be ordering again

The food is actually good the problem is the surprise. Dishes that have never been hot suddenly became so terribly hot that eating an habanero would be like drinking milk in confront and it doesn't matter if you write specifically to do not kill your taste buds they won't care

The food was just ok and we waited 2 hours for delivery so thats put us of ordering from here again

My usual Chinese was closed so picked here. portions are tiny, I got crispy shredded chicken in chilly sauce and it was so watery they were massively soggy and tasted discussing, soup had no flavour at all and tons of oil and fat were sitting on top, the spare ribs were basicly just fat and after paying for a bag of prawn crackers it was half the size of the ones you get for free. My 3 kids who eat everything couldn't even eat it gave up put it in bin and cooked dinner at home waste of money will never order here again.

I've ordered from here a few times now and always been really pleased. I placed an order at 6.05pm and got an email confirmation saying it would be 1 hour 50 minutes which ok it's a Saturday night so thought fair enough. My food didnt arrive till 20.35pm. 2 and a half hours after ordering is just excessive. I had no contact from them saying there was a delay. This is just really not on. As much as the food is good it's put me off ordering again. I stay literally 10 minutes away from Whitburn so distance is not an issue

Sadly Jade Palace never bothered to actually deliver my food despite confirming an arrival time of 1 hour 50 minutes. When I called for an update they ignored the phone. Could have just declined my order if you couldnt be bothered, absolute joke and a shoddy business, wont bother again.

Usually love this takeaway but actually ended up making me sick.

Fried rice was under cooked more like boiled rice and the full order was not hot at all
