Taste was horrible

food has no taste salt and pepper box wouldnt order again

Ordered beef chow mein received chicken chow mein Althoug food was acceptable I didnt complain because Id waited 2 hours for delivery

The chips were solid like the had been cooked day before and reheated the curry sauce was far to hot so the meal was wasted because could not eat it .

Been ordering from Jades Palace since it opened. Satay being a favourite. Tonights was disappointing, watery and no flavour, didnt taste like Satay at all. Had this meal numerous times tonights was nothing like previous meals..

waited nearly two and a half hours after being told twice it was on its way, was estimated at one hour ten minutes so decided to cancel order , now waiting on my payment back.

Fried rice and curry sauce with onions was tasteless, all I could taste was water. The chicken Fried rice and chips were fine

Terrible delivery. Waited ages. Told it was with the driver, scoffable told they were cooking it and delivery driver said they couldnt find the address!!! Wont be back. Food was not good either.Normally lovely

Order completely wrong

It has been over 3 hours and I have not received my order, I tried calling the restaurant and they have ignored my calls

Been waiting on order for 3hrs 30mins, been told the order was out for delivery 50mins ago, called since and just told basically not interested, got your money now so you might get your food you might not. Never experienced anything like it. If they cant fulfil orders they shouldnt continue to take orders

The food was stale cold when arrived and the chicken was open all over the bag I would like a full refund please

Missing items had to wait an hour fr them to delivered by then my food was cold

The Chicken satay was really sweet, worst I've ever tasted, didnt taste like a satay at all, just cubes of weird chicken drenched in coconut milk. The chicken curry wasnt much better and the prawn crackers were thick and horrible. Will never use this place again.

Char sui in the rice tasted like it had been cooked the day before and was really fatty. And the wontons were so hard. Didnt enjoy it at all which is a shame cause last time had from here it was pretty good.

I ordered curry sauce but didnt come for the second time

Lemon sauce lacked depth with chicken having a strange taste, possibly soap in the wok. Spare ribs very fatty.Chow mein was ok, seaweed could be less sugary or sugar in a seperate dish
