Food arrived cold , and i ended up in the loo most of the night , never again

the order took 1 hour and when it eventually arrived it was cold, will not order from this company again !!!!!!!!

I got my food it was freezing had to put in microwave put complain in on fb page not happy tonight at all

The pizza doe was past its best i called beforehand to make sure its fresh doe but arrived dry and not fresh let down

Wasnt impressed. Ordered a meal deal 3. Says £11 for 2 toppings on pizza, pakora, and kebab. But when you get to checkout, your charged £1.50 per topping. All toppings.Wasnt great.

Was over 2 hours late

The order took almost 2 hours to arrive it was stone cold the delivery driver told me to microwave it and proceeded to take his glove off to touch the food told him to take it away to be told he would pay me to take the cold soggy food, he eventually took it back I had to call the shop to complain and get a fresh order, they sent the same rude driver wont be getting food from them in a hurry

Food was tasty as usual but I paid extra to have the chilli sauce separate and this was not included!

Everything was cold and not edible

Cheap sweet curry sauce and half cooked iceland frozen chips... no no no and never again. Waste of money

Had an amazing shis kebab last night couldnt fault it... got a chicken kebab tonight it was absolutely awful sorry to put up a bad review but we ended up phoning a dominos

Stay clear of this place 0rder was left on doorstep with no contact at door meal was stone cold avoid this place at all costs

The meal was cold. Waited to just over an hour.Meal on checking temperature was 45.2 degrees,Not maintaing the required 65.00 degrees.Vendour needs to employ a better system of keeping the food hot for the customer. Never arrived

The kebab was cold and the chips were reheated so much they werent nice

Delivery was quite quick but missing main meal, tried calling them but it just kept ringing out, I had to go to the Kurry King myself therefore defeating the purpose of delivery, to get my meal and money back for the use of my own fuel having to go and get the meal that should have been there in my order, not good enough.

The only good thing about this takeaway is by the time it arrived I was starving (approx 1hr 30min). Unfortunately it only got worse from there when it (finally) arrived it was stone cold. I phoned the restaurant to be told they were busy and would not be dropping a new one off or collecting the cold one. Instead I would need to travel to collect it and if I want a hot takeaway from them again then I should be picking it up not getting it delivered! Their customer service was shocking, we are in the middle of a pandemic, I have small children and I am isolating hence the reason for the delivery. When I asked for a refund I was told no! We are busy phone back later.

Food was decent but it took over 90 mins to arrive for a fairly small order. Couldnt get through to them to check the order either as constantly engaged

After calling up 20 time to tell them their was an off smell from.the prawns he kept arging on the phone hanged up twice when ive just spend just under 30 pounds on food he's no intrested in refunds or to send anything out evetully after an hour plus he sent out salty un ediable prawns with no sauce on them just to be spiteful

Munchie box was not the best. Not like it used to be.
